Service was quick and great. Had an issue and had to quickly search online for a place. Called around 4:30 and they scheduled for 6-8pm. The technician, Anthony Wise, was able to come early. He called first to confirm that it was ok to come early. He arrived quickly and figured out the issue right away. He provided 3 options and explained each. His work was quick and good. Turned a frustration situation around and made it much easier for us.

We were very pleased with our recent experience with Precision Door. Obviously, same day availability especially with the recent inclement weather is huge. Our technician Bill arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely courteous, professional and diligent. He had the problem diagnosed and solved in a very efficient amount of time. My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. First time I've used this company but would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good prices. Thank you for a positive experience!

My issue on the quoted price was not even addressed although you asked for my feedback. Your company should honor the price that was quoted on the phone. I will contact the BBB to report this incident to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else.

It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. We explained what was wrong, and he gave us options to fix the problem. He explained each option, in detail, and let us make the best decision for us.
