The weather was absolutely terrible and the serviceman (Will) showed up on time and a very pleasant attitude. After he checked to make sure what I identified as the problem was the real issue he gave me some choices and options. He took a little under an hour to perform the work, gave me some good information for the future. The area was left clean, I was happy with the price (I always look for a fair price, not the cheapest, you get what you pay for) and the gentleman was confident and professional. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to friends and family. Good job, thank you.

Our old opener was installed in 1995, so time for a new one as it was no longer working. The technician (John Frank) came out the next day after calling for service. After explaining the new opener features and cost, he said it would be 1 hour to install, and it was. Felt bad he had to work during this really cold spell we're having. Everything works fine, so quiet compared to the old one, also we're able to open the garage with our smartphones.

Called at 10:30 pm on Friday night for next day appointment and they had tech Zorne call me by 8:15 am Saturday to say he was on his way. Quick, honest and efficient work. Would definitely recommend in future. Zorne was very nice and great to deal with.

“Z” was early and very courteous. He explained everything he needed to do to get our garage door working like normal again. I figured he would have to come back to do the job since it was a lot of work. He said nope he would get it done in about 2-3 hours even though it was 4:00PM. Having your torsion springs and cables snap the day after Christmas would make a Grinch out of just about anyone but the excellent customer service and expertise of our technician John Gilles had us smiling in no time and feel confident and satisfied with our purchase. John was patient with our questions and worked in below zero conditions with complete professionalism and pride in his workmanship. Always nice to find a company with workers that take pride in excellent customer service...John took away all the scraps and broken parts and explained all he repaired on the door and springs along with explaining how to use the new opener to maximize our purchase. Paul called ahead and arrived earlier than was scheduled. Very professional and explained the differences in the openers and their warranties. He was concerned about not hurting my motorcycle in the garage and kept me appraised of his progress. New opener works quietly and smoothly. I was pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. The reason I selected your company, although your price was similar to others, was the thoroughness of the estimate done by Will. Everyone at the office was very nice when I spoke to them about scheduling. When Ryan showed up to install the new door and opener, he was very pleasant and professional. I was amazed that he did the whole thing by himself. He gave me a demonstration of all the features of the opener and door. He also let me know that although he ran out of supplies for the insulation stripping (due to the odd shape of the top corners of my garage), they would return to complete the job. He also addressed a concern I had with a piece of threshold insulation that was the wrong size than what was supposed to be installed. I can't believe the difference with the new door and opener! It's amazingly quiet! Although, what he replaced was an original opener from 1970, with an old wooden door. I am hoping that the service I receive when they come back to address those two issues, will be as great as what I have received so far. Thank you!

Service - John Gilles came out on 11/27/2017 and replaced a broken operator J bar arm bracket. John recommended I should also consider replacing my slightly torn and weakened upper (horizontal) strut support U bar. He had Precision Door order the correct 15' galvanized U bar support and then returned on 12/01/2017 to install it. John Gilles was timely, extremely courteous and 100% professional. The overhead door is operating quietly and smoothly - perfect. And yes, I'm impressed and thrilled with my first time service repair with your company! I have another home nearby on the lake I built 9 years with a 18 foot overhead door. I want to replace the torsion springs based entirely on age and cycles used . I will definitely be scheduling this replacement with Precision Door very soon and plan on advising my neighbors of your professional service people. It's also very comforting to get a live answer instead of automated-voicemails that so many other service businesses are using in today's tech world. Thanks again John Gilles!
