The technician Mr. Al Fleming was at my home when I returned from our Anual Church picnic, I was informed he would be at my location between the hours of 5:00 to 8:00p.m. But luckily for me he arrived about 2:30p.m. He introduced himself and I appraised him of the nature of the problem and he advised me the options I had. I chose the recommended option however because of a misunderstanding of the three options (Good, better, and naturally the best) consequently after we concluded, he continued with number two option (Better) he completed his task without any hesitation. Mr. Fleming was very professional and I was happy with his work. I chose "Precision after reading the bio of the technicians and I am happy with the choice I have selected. I certainly will use Precision in the future,and by all means recommend them to my friends who are thinking of a garage door upgrade or repairs to be done. In conclusion, I Wish to extend my gratitude to you for a job well done. My wife and I thank you for your promptness and your expediency in which you tackle the task at hand. You truly lived-up to your Company's name "Precision".

Complete garage system replaced....springs , cables, rollers, etc. Very pleased with immediate response and same day service especially since my car was in the garage and door broken. The only thing I would have done or advised would have been to cover my car to protect from any dust and or debris. Highly recommend Precision.

With what could have been a very stressful situation, Matt fixed everything as smoothly as possible, getting me out of my garage. He was very open about the price of everything and made sure I understood what each piece in my garage door system was doing and what it was supposed to look like. He was very honest about what needed fixed and made things very clear and my garage door running smoothly within an hour. It was great service.

I needed repair work & heard of Precision Door from a co-worker. I did some investigating (BBB & Angies List) & liked what I saw...services offered, ratings, professional website etc. I had the repair work done in April & was very pleased with the quality of work, cost and equally important the technician "Z". Z recommended a new unit before winter so I called & had him come back for the install & remotes....he is simply put .... Awesome!!!! He even helped my new neighbor program a remote he was having trouble with! I have recommended Precision every chance I get!!!!

This is the second time I have used your service, both times Zoran Jovanovic was the repairman. He is excellent…provided professionalism, responded both by phone and in person within twenty-four hours, explained things in layman's terms, and thoroughly checked everything before leaving. Mr. Jovanovic repaired the problem of the eye very quickly. He then put cages around both of them to prevent them from getting out of alignment again. My garage door has given me trouble twice this year with the springs and rollers. Both times, Anthony has come to my home to do repairs. Anthony was on-time, very professional and repaired the problems. We contacted Precision Door because our garage door opener keypad didn't work anymore. We were told by our handyman who looked at door and said we probably needed a new garage door. Our service technician from Precison Door name is Will. He was very helpful, and explained our options. He said that the door wasn't the problem. He said the door was in good shape. It was more the opener. Anyways, we made the decision. We asked him when he could install the new opener. He said he could do it right away. It took him a couple of hours. Our technician arrived over 4 hours early which was perfect since our cars were stuck in a garage with a broken door. He fixed it in about an hour. Very courteous and professional.

Very informative visit......learned a lot about garage doors and their proper operation. I had to replace a 30 year old opener and a couple of springs. The opener was a must....my old springs weren't broken, but potentially had a short life span left. Although the repair was more than what I had hoped, I felt comfortable in the technician's explanations and recommendations. I didn't feel any 'high pressure' or believe I was being mislead on work that wasn't required. I've got no complaints. 5 star
