Will the service tech was very professional, informative, and tell me what is required to have a safe operating door. Will was very professional in not be pushy over the 3 choices of repairs I had to choose from. He took the time to explain the difference of each and even helped to get me to write a post dated check for the next week. Will also pointed out to me what I would need for the other 2 garage doors. Please give Will a comendation for how he handled this service call.

I had a complete rebuild of door movable parts including two springs. ( originally had only one ). Paul did a very good job of explaining the problem and completed the work in a short period of time. Very satisfied. ( retired - wished it was cheaper, such as AARP discount )

I called Precision as I saw that they had a very good rating on Angie's List and asked them to come and repair my garage door. One spring had broken and it seemed to be making more noise than it should. Will Coad came out, on time, and responded in a very professional manner. He explained multiple options very clearly and didn't try to sway me away from my decision. The work was done quickly and it works great!

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Friday, and by Noon on Saturday I had a new garage door opener, a pad for the bottom of the door, and the rollers in the tracks inspected and repaired. I couldn't be happier with the service, the price, and the technician Matt. Matt told me he would be there in the morning, showed-up on-time, and walked me through everything he was going to do and priced the cost of the job right then. After he was done, Matt explained how to use the new accessories I didn't have before for the garage and the door opener. There are a lot of nice extras like the garage lights automatically coming on when I enter the garage through the house. The belt driven garage door opener is so quiet, especially compared to my old chain driven garage door opener. I am a very picky consumer so believe me when I say if I am happy you will be happy too. I highly recommend you call them before you go anywhere else.

Matt came on time, and was friendly, courteous and informative. The problem: the garage door was was opening and closing erratically. Matt diagnosed the problem as a misaligned sesnsor, and he fixed it. We're very pleased with the service.

Zoran Jovanovic came out, not because there was anything wrong with the functionality of my garage door, but because I unknowingly wiped out the frequency of my remotes and I was unable to open my garage door. UGH! Zoran showed patience and perseverance while working on a job that wasn't that easy... and this was on a Saturday. When I initially spoke with the operator, i mentioned that I needed to leave my home at a certain time to visit my Mom in the hospital. Zoran arrived early, completed the job and I was on my way in plenty of time. Thank you, Zoran! And thank you, Precision!

My tenants son hit the sensor on my garage door with his bicycle making it inoperable. Bill had explained to the father how the sensors work and how the red lights on each side should both be on. He gave him his personal phone number in case it happened again that he would walk through it with him so a service call will not be necessary and charged to the owner. I appreciated his instructions to my tenant and also the concern for me as an owner. Thank you Bill.

We have used Precision in the past and were very pleased, so called again when we needed service. Zoran, the tech, was very prompt and efficient in arriving and installing the replacement door opener. We will definitely use Precision again when the need arises.
