The technician arrived on time, inspected the door (broken spring and cable problem), and let me know the cost for fixing the immediate problem, as well as a couple other options to include replacing other old parts. He finished quickly and the door worked better than before. As for what appealed to me in your advertising: I liked that I could see reviews in my area with names, rather than just anonymous ones.

I called them around 6:00pm on a Wednesday. They came at 8:30am the next morning. The entire garage door opener was replaced by 10:30am. Not cheap, but very good service.
