Zoran was wonderful. Personable, friendly and very efficient. He was sensitive to my fear of the door falling and injuring my husband. He allayed my fear by systematically informing us of what he planned to do to resolve the problems, which were many. Zoran completed the work and thoroughly explained what had been done to achieve the safe functioning of the garage door. Your company was recommended to us by my daughter. And she specifically told us to request Zoran as the tech. I want to "Thank You" for your service and having such a great , accomplished employee. Sincerely, Sheila Wright MPA LSW LPN

Ryan did an excellent job installing our new garage door. It looks great and works beautifully. Ryan was professional, personable, and diligent. He explained things clearly in response to our questions. He is an asset to your company, and the garage door itself is a high-quality product. We are quite satisfied in every way. Thank you!

Your Tech Z was friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and quick. He assessed the problem and made the repairs. He also looked everything over and advised of problems that may cause issues. He was also able to fix these issues. He also gave me a few tips to keep the system maintained and things to watch out for. I would not hesitate to call again for any problems in the future. And thank you for the Saturday appointment.

Very satisfied with the service I received. The technician arrived on time, inspected the door (broken spring and cable problem), and let me know the cost for fixing the immediate problem, as well as a couple other options to include replacing other old parts. He finished quickly and the door worked better than before. As for what appealed to me in your advertising: I liked that I could see reviews in my area with names, rather than just anonymous ones.
Mr. Foos, Thank you for taking the time to contact us for your garage door repair needs. We appreciate your business and should you need anything in the future with any garage door questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Paul did a great job. Efficient and remarkably fast at getting the job done. I am a first time customer with Precision and would recommend their services to others. Only one glitch.......your charges are too high. Senior citizens like myself living on a limited income should get a break.

This is the second time I have used Precision Door. They are very reliable, on time if not early for scheduled appointments. I feel the technician is honest and forthright and not trying to "rip" me off. I think anyone who uses Precision will be pleased with their service.
