From the first call I placed on Easter Sunday to Monday at 10:00 I was treated with respect and kindness. Bill Adamini was here when he said he would be. He totally helped me to understand the problem with the garage door and replaced parts with better grade parts than the builder's door company did. My sister was here during this repair. He was able to make replacements to her door before it broke. Since we live in a neighborhood where homes were built around the same time, we have been sharing our new found garage door repair company. We've used Precision Garage Door of Cleveland, I believe since 1st time had a problem, many moons ago. The phone staff (this time, Jennifer) has always been kind, friendly, informative and even funny. She told me at about 5pmish that Anthony would be here between 8 and 10pm. He was here within an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to interact with. Problem solved in less than 1/2 hour. When I encounter an undesirable situation, I do not expect it to experience pleasure. Lol. However, Anthony made this situation a pleasurable experience with his courteous, understanding and overall personality. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone. I originally had an appointment for garage door opener repair with a smaller company. They didn't show up and didn't return repeated calls/messages. When I called Precision, they were able to come out the same day (within 2 hours), provided a confirmation email with the picture of the technician I could expect, and the tech called when he was within 5 minutes of my location - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price - thank you PRECISION!!!

Precision provided a same day appointment, which was amazing, and arrived squarely inside the predicted time frame. The problem was diagnosed and explained clearly. We were provided options regarding the fix as well as additional items which can prevent the issue in the future. Precision was out a year ago for a different service. At that time he noted that our builder cut a corner or two which was stressing the garage door. He predicted the door would break in a certain way and approximately when it would break. He was exactly right. The repair was conducted quickly in a professional manner. We will use this company again.
