Ryan was my Tech, he arrived on time was very courteous and professional. He explained how he would proceed with the Installation of the doors. He gave me a hour hour window for completing the Installation. He went to work and was done in less than 4 1/2 hrs. to my satisfaction. I originally had an appointment for garage door opener repair with a smaller company. They didn't show up and didn't return repeated calls/messages. When I called Precision, they were able to come out the same day (within 2 hours), provided a confirmation email with the picture of the technician I could expect, and the tech called when he was within 5 minutes of my location - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price - thank you PRECISION!!!

Precision provided a same day appointment, which was amazing, and arrived squarely inside the predicted time frame. The problem was diagnosed and explained clearly. We were provided options regarding the fix as well as additional items which can prevent the issue in the future. Precision was out a year ago for a different service. At that time he noted that our builder cut a corner or two which was stressing the garage door. He predicted the door would break in a certain way and approximately when it would break. He was exactly right. The repair was conducted quickly in a professional manner. We will use this company again.

I called late on a Friday and Zoran was there within the allotted window. He was very knowledgeable and described in detail what needed fixed. He then explained everything that needed to be done, and showed my options and the cost for each option. He inspected, installed new springs, a new garage door opener, and explained how the new opener worked in less than 1 1/2 hours. Your technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead and arrived right on time. He tightened springs, adjusted opener, replaced and lubricated rollers. During his inspection, he found a bearing that had seized and was wearing the bar the springs were on. He replaced the bearings. The garage door works great! Excellent service and work.
