I have to admit that when our garage door broke less than a month after being repaired, I was not very happy. The fact that I was trapped at home and had to miss my morning obligations made me even more upset. But, once again, "Super Bill Adamini" came to our rescue! Not only did he head our way as quickly as he could, he arrived well before the time he was expected. Bill is so kind and compassionate that he felt really bad that we had an issue so soon. He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the reason for the malfunction, which made total sense. Bill made the repairs and even took the time to show me how to manually open the garage door in the unlikely event that something goes wrong in the future. Bill was so thoughtful that he also lowered the cord he taught me to pull so I wouldn't have to reach too high to grasp it. Now, Bill, it's not that I don't like seeing you, but let's hope that next time it won't be under such stressful circumstances! 5 stars! Bill Adamini did a great job on repairing our broken garage door. He was prompt and courteous and explained how a spring had broken and then gave me a couple of options for the repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also spoke with my Home Warranty company and helped me receive partial payment for the repair. He explained in detail all of the work he had done and how to keep it operating smoothly in the future. As he was leaving he even brought up my trash can from the curb to my home! Great Service! Will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors. Thanks again for solving my garage door issues on the same day I called.

Will serviced our garage door on a cold Sunday morning. He installed new torsion springs and noted some other concerns that we also had him repair. He was courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. I wish more tradesmen were as personable as he was. We hope that we don't have to see him again anytime soon (no offense!), but if we do have a need for further repairs, I intend to ask for him by name!!!

MY residential garage door decided to "blow up" as I was on my way out of town. Something slipped and before I knew it parts were falling and I could barely get it back down and latched. My wife called Precision and they gave us a quick appointment (I know December is a busy month). The service tech put it all back together and tuned it up. Surprisingly good service (I have low expectations for contractors). The guy they sent out was very jolly and almost OCD about fixing my garage door while doing it as inexpensively as he could for me. When he got done, he gave me the bill, and then looked at my other garage door and made a couple adjustments to make it work better (at no charge - he couldn't just not fix it). Definitely recommend.
