Service and response was exceptional. My tech "Z" was very professional, well informed and took the time to explain why my garage door spring failed. He then offered several solutions and pricing estimates for different levels or repair. He knew his product extremely well, conversed about the industry and why Precision has very good recommendations. I am totally satisfied with his work and plan to tell friends about the exceptional experience I had with Precision.

I chose Precision Door because they have a local connection. I called after hours and got a live person who was very nice on the phone and a technician was scheduled for the very next day. He called before coming out as was promised and arrived on time. He was able to fix my problem easily and also took the time to write up a quote for other work I may want done in the future. He was professional and courteous and I will recommend Precision Door to anyone anytime.

My garage door broke at 8PM. After I realized I couldn't fix it myself I called precision around 9PM to schedule an appointment for the following morning. The next day my tech (William) called me to confirm the date/time and even came early. I couldn't have been more pleased with his ability to fix my problem but also walk me through the process/the issue/the reinstall/etc. I was referred to Precision from my brother. Our family has 2 very happy customers of Precision now. Thank you very much

Very excellent service!! The information. I received about my options about a new garage door machine and setup was great. I also couldn’t believe how quickly all the quality work was done. I love my new opener completely with the bright LED light..the motion detector that turns the light on and the the key pad that allows for keyless entry. I’m very happy with my service and purchase. Staff was also very polite!
