I called Wednesday evening and had service Thursday early afternoon. It was helpful to get a reminder email with pictures of the technicians and a call when the technician was on the way. Our garage door opener, key pads and remotes were replaced. John was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommended the company to my next door neighbor.

Thank you for the quick service we received. The technician came out and was not only polite but efficient in explaining everything to us as well as checking to be sure our other garage door was in good working condition. I had bought a Groupon deal for new rollers, garage door inspection, and a keyless remote pad to be installed. The whole process was amazing I had called precision after getting my voucher and the friendly receptionist got me scheduled earlier than I was expecting. I immediately got a email confirmation with my technicians name and biography. When Anthony arrived he looked at my door and asked what my concerns were if any. He explained to me why my belt on my opener was sagging after closing the door. He explained to me that my door was out of balance and my springs were showing signs of fatigue. He thoroughly explained what could be done and a few options to get the door back to optimal operation. I decided on a door rebuild and got a small discount since I had already paid for some of the labor costs. Anthony was very polite and professional, he never tried to push any of the services he explained. He got the job done in bout an hour and the door works better then ever. Will be using precision in the future when I need more maintenance done.

I was absolutely satisfied with the prompt, quality service provided by Paul, the technician. He took care of the sensor problem plus replaced the garage door bearings that were ready to bust. He explained the problem easily and patiently. I would hire Precision again in a heartbeat!

We have been loyal, happy customers for at least 10 years. Today Ryan was our technician and he installed our new garage door. He is a very nice person and did an excellent job. He called when he was on his way which is always appreciated and the job took just about the 2 hours that had been estimated. I am looking forward to when he installs 2 garage doors at my daughter's house. Our regular technician Anthony is also the best. He helped arrange and start this installation process.

The technician who you sent out to my house to repair my garage door spring, Paul Broschk, really knew his stuff. I had repairs completed in June of 2017. At that time I paid for a full warranty on my garage door. So, when I needed additional repairs in April 2019 I called Precision Door. Bill the service technician was very informative and explained what I needed to have my garage door closed tightly. I appreciate his advanced call to inform me of when he would arrive at my house. I also appreciated the Angie's List discount on the service call fee. Thanks again for your excellent customer service.

5 stars We googled garage door repair, looking for someone who seemed reliable and could come out that evening. I was making the call for our daughter & son-in-law as they were both at work. Having problem with the door not staying down. Would like this repaired so would not have concerns while at work. Liked the information I read so called to ask more about the company and would you be able to service them this evening? Sorry, but I forget the name of the woman I talked with. She was very helpful answering all my questions. Has a pleasing voice. Was able to assign a technician to arrive between 4 and 6:00. Zoran arrived by 4:30. Very pleasant. He thoroughly explained all options for the repair. We felt no pressure in choosing the entire mechanism to be replaced rather than just the repair of a couple parts. You feel somewhat leery contacting a company for service when the only thing you know about them is the on-line information. Glad we took a chance on Precision.

I looked you up in the yellow pages when the company i used before could not get some to me as the advertisement promised. I office sales person explained what the technician would do upon arrival. Anthony did exactly what she said and explained what my other options were and the cost of each. He did and excellent job (5 stars) and completed the work within an hour. He also changed the code on my outside lock as well as hooking up my care remote. GREAT TIMELY SERVICE.
