We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving. We had such excellent service from Richard and Precision Door and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for service on their garage door.

My assigned tech was Bill Adamini. Bill was extremely courteous, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away on the one door I was having issues with... but he also went above and beyond to true up both doors that I own. He made sure travel, spacing, lubrication, and safety functions were all in order. I couldn't ask for a better experience considering I had never used Precision Door before. Anthony was very professional and discussed my options to either repair or purchase a new door. I realize the door is very old and have had to make repairs in the past. He repaired the spring on my door at no charge which hopefully will keep working until the new door arrives. The amount of the repair was almost half of the new door and was the best practical option. He called ahead and asked if he could come earlier then my scheduled appointment which was great because I could not open the door and my car was stuck in the garage. Thanks

The Service Tech, was polite and professional. He notified when he would be out before he came. He adjusted my springs and was able to install the weather barrier on the bottom of the door. He suggested a few things to keep my eye on and then he was off to his next service call. The service tech was fast, clean and polite. I would recommend them for any of your service needs.

We have had Precision out to our house before and as usual they were great. We had a Groupon for a garage door tune up and roller replacement. Right before our technician Anthony came to the house I noticed a noise coming from the door that concerned me. Anthony was fantastic He did the tune-up, installed the rollers and made a small adjustment that took care of the sound. He also explained some issues that we could be facing down the road due to the age of the door. There wasn't any pressure just a explanation of age related issues we may face going forward. Once again Anthony did a fabulous job and we highly recommend Precision. Love the same day appointments.

They come the same day I called. Dan, our technician, was quick to determine the of my opener problem. He replaced my 25 yr old opener with a quiet opener with many features. He also inspected and adjusted the springs and replace worn cables as they were under Warrenty from a previous purchase with precision. Dan finished the job in about 2 hours and explained the operation of the new one with us. Great Company and technician.

I called your company as a spring on my garage door had broken. Within an hour my service technician was here and replaced the spring. He lubricated the hinges and made sure it was working properly before leaving for his next job. He was very professional, courteous, and was a good representative for your company. When my spring broke I contacted a competitor whom I had previously used. After 8 hours of waiting I contacted them again and they were unable to service my door until the following week. I then called Precision Door Service and after explaining my problem I was given a service appointment for the next morning. Following a heads up phone call, Anthony showed up right on time. Besides being extremely personable, Anthony was informative and not at all pressuring when offering me service options. I made my choice and he performed the service. Afterward he advised me on door maintenance that I was unaware of but was capable of doing myself. Overall it was an extremely satisfying service experience and I will recommend Precision any chance I get.

On October 24,2020, Precision Door Service was extremely responsive and coming to my home to repair a broken spring and cables. After calling they sent a technician within less than 24 hours. We could not of asked for a better customer experience with our technician Greg Carden who expertly serviced our double car garage door and also provided excellent customer service and knowledge in answering all our questions. We are looking to replacing our doors sometime next year and Precision will definitely be our chose of providers when we are ready.
