We chose Precision for a new garage door and opener 4 yrs. ago and have never had a bit of trouble. The service was outstanding. After a recent power outage we called Precision again for a battery replacement. Paul Broschik was here within the hour replaced the battery and did a maintenance safety check on the system. This company is awesome. Our garage went down with a loud bang late at night on a Sunday (of course it did!). We found an ad that said you could call the number and actually talk to someone. I wasn’t very optimistic, but indeed Kim answered the phone. She got me scheduled right away. Bill called and introduced himself when he was on the way. He was clean, efficient, and professional. This company is a breath of fresh air.

Precision door did a great job! They were very professional, kind and courteous on the phone as well as the repairman. They responded promptly with same day service!!! The repairman was not pushy at all about buying 2 springs, not just the broken one. He did explain very nicely how buying 2 springs comes with a 5 year warranty, not just 1 year for 1 spring because of the uneven stress the older spring puts on the new spring. I bought both springs and have a 5 year warranty. Very pleased with their service!

We needed emergency repair when one of the door springs snapped late Friday afternoon. Our usual company no longer did 24-hour service and couldn’t come out for three days. A friend recommended Precision, and I was so impressed—from the person who answered the phone to Paul, the technician, who arrived three hours before the scheduled time the next day. He was personable and knowledgeable, and he not only replaced the springs, but also other parts that were showing wear. The job was completed quickly, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. First class service on short notice by a knowledgeable and very pleasant service technician. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly, confirm his diagnosis, and suggest a solution including several options. He explained his thoughts as he discussed the available choices and was able to help us choose what served us best. Two days later arrived with parts for a quick install with description of what was being done and improvements over older(20 plus years) replaced motor and chain. I called because my opener wasn't responding..I am not sure what the problem was - I think something was interfering with the safety gizmo. Anyway, Paul came out and fixed it in about five minutes. Paul has fixed problems for me before, and, as usual, he was courteous and professional and did an excellent job

One word; OUTSTANDING! You know you have been there from time-to-time. Maybe it is a car issue or something that you just are not knowledgeable about? You go to a shop or have a service call and have no clue what the Tech is talking about or if it is even needed. Your item gets fixed but you just can't shake the feeling that you were overcharged and taken advantage of. I used another garage door company at my business a few months ago (Because they were local and advertised on TV) and was very disappointed with up-front estimate and a charge by the hour/minute type scenario. So, I recognized that I should do more research prior to calling any local repair company. I had a spring snap on my home garage door. Easy to identify but that was the extent of my repair ability on garages. After some due diligence, I chose Precision. Quick response? Check. Live person when you call? Check. An explanation of what to expect, a convenient time window and call ahead service when in route? Check. The Service Tech, Zoran was outstanding. He educated me and pointed out several items to keep an eye on to prevent future issues without trying to sell me anything but what I absolutely needed. He gave me a reasonable up-front quote and SURPRISE! There were no surprises. It cost exactly what he quoted and he was finished in about 30 minutes, even though it was a lot more severe than just a snapped spring. He pointed out the American made, powder coated springs that he used and demonstrated certain aspects of the door that would help me maintain it for years to come. The company is very accommodating and my experience with Zoran was that he is welcome back as a friend anytime. Polite, professional and apparently extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of door repair. If you need any type of help with a garage door or garage opener- I highly recommend Precision. When you feel like you just got punched in the gut because your garage door broke; the last thing that you need is to get raped on a price that you have no clue is fair or not. Precision provided excellent service at an unbelievably fair price.

I am very disappointed with the installation. First the rails installed were longer on one side than the other. The side that was longer was longer than the rail that was originally there. The extra length of the new rail did not allow clearance for our pull down ladder. When we opened it it slammed into the rail and knocked the cable off the door. In addition to damaging our pull down ladder. When the door was installed I specifically asked if the ceiling brackets needed to be replaced. I specifically asked if they were strong enough to hold the new door. I was told they were and that they did not replace them unless they needed to and they looked solid. Today the ceiling bracket fell out of the ceiling while the garage door was open!!
