Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of the other companies got back to me yet.

Your technician Paul arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue which was and took care of it promptly. This is his second time at my home and he has always been conscientious and done a great job! I wouldn’t think of calling anyone but Precision in the future!

I recently had a new garage door opener installed, mine predated the 80's so I was nervous about the cost and installation time. The service performed by Jim Boland was not stressful at all. Jim was able to come on a Saturday, he was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Jim and precision to anyone that asks. I am extremely satisfied with product and service

Contacted the company Saturday evening when our garage door wouldn’t open. Offered to come out on Sunday but it wasn’t a good time for us. Paul was here first thing Monday morning and took care of the repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Maybe q bit pricey but great service.

Mr. John Franks called before his predicted arrival time (which was earlier than expected, and great). I was having problems with my garage door opener. The door would go up using the keypad but not down. The service technician, Paul, arrived punctually. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced two sensors and the keypad. He also made recommendations to replace the springs and rollers, though not urgent. I will follow up on that in the near future. This was my first time using Precision Door, and I was very impressed by the quality of the service I received. This is an excellent company that stands on its word. I will definitely use them in the future and can recommend Precision Door to others.
