Mr. Boland, your repairman, Greg, arrived ahead of appointment time. He assessed the problem and tested the operator, the sensors and the remotes. Problem is from the several power outages in this area that prevented the operator from lowering the door. Greg was very professional and friendly explaining the problem. We called Precision at 7:15 am because we were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Our technician Greg Carden was scheduled to arrive at 4 but came early. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently. We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving. We had such excellent service from Richard and Precision Door and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for service on their garage door.

My assigned tech was Bill Adamini. Bill was extremely courteous, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away on the one door I was having issues with... but he also went above and beyond to true up both doors that I own. Anthony was very professional and discussed my options to either repair or purchase a new door. I realize the door is very old and have had to make repairs in the past. He repaired the spring on my door at no charge which hopefully will keep working until the new door arrives. The amount of the repair was almost half of the new door and was the best practical option. He called ahead and asked if he could come earlier then my scheduled appointment which was great because I could not open the door and my car was stuck in the garage. Thanks

The Service Tech, was polite and professional. He notified when he would be out before he came. He adjusted my springs and was able to install the weather barrier on the bottom of the door. He suggested a few things to keep my eye on and then he was off to his next service call. The service tech was fast, clean and polite. I would recommend them for any of your service needs.

We have had Precision out to our house before and as usual they were great. We had a Groupon for a garage door tune up and roller replacement. Right before our technician Anthony came to the house I noticed a noise coming from the door that concerned me. Anthony was fantastic He did the tune-up, installed the rollers and made a small adjustment that took care of the sound. He also explained some issues that we could be facing down the road due to the age of the door. There wasn't any pressure just a explanation of age related issues we may face going forward. Once again Anthony did a fabulous job and we highly recommend Precision. Love the same day appointments.
