Absolutely amazing ! I called Precision Garage because my garage door started closing as I was pulling into my garage. It’s an attached garage, and needed this fixed right away. I am so thankful and grateful for the technician that came out the same day, and in less time that I was told. Service was outstanding! Called Precision Overhead Garage Door immediately when garage springs broke and scheduled a serviceman for the following day. The serviceman Paul Broschk arrived early, assessed problem quickly, and fixed the garage springs. Paul was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate Paul's help in this matter and would recommend him and Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone with garage door issues. Thank you again for all your help.

I couldn't have had a better experience today. I called the company at 8:15 am to have my garage door opener looked at. By 9:55 Greg arrived at my door. He was very polite and professional. He replaced my garage door opener and was gone by 11:10 am. It doesn't get any better than that!

Found your excellent ad in the Yellow Pages. I never expected anyone would be able to visit our home on the same day I made the call. Amy did a great job of getting all of my information correctly and was very pleasant on the phone. Greg Carden is an outstanding tech and knew exactly how to improve the operation of our double garage door. The opener may need to be replaced in the future and we would certainly want to have Precision do the work, especially if we can ask for Greg to be the installer. You have a great company, as a first time user I was very impressed, thank you!

I would recommend Precision to anyone. I called in the morning and my technician, John Franks, arrived in the afternoon. I thought I needed to replace the opener, but John took the time to evaluate my system. He replaced the rollers and pulleys, realigned the rails and lubricated all the hinges. The sensor was not working well, so he replaced that, as well as mounting it properly. Instead of sounding like a drawbridge over a moat, my garage door glides easily. Thanks, John, for your professionalism and your attention to details.

Please do not allow Precision to be your only estimate! I was told within 30 seconds I needed a new garage door because mines was off the tracks... The second company to come out fixed my problem for $150.00. I would not recommend Precision..
