Service knowledge received was wonderful. Al was very polite and truthful with me regarding my old garage door. I just needed a new lock, but informed I really needed a new door due to the one I have is obsolete and not repairable. Although I am on a limited fixed income, I was not able to purchase a new door at this time! But believe me when I acquired my new home Al will be the first person I contact to inspect and give me the real deal of my garage door and home doors too!

When Bill Adamini called, my husband was not home yet. When I told him the problem with the garage door, he responded professionally yet spoke like we were old friends. On arriving he went over all the check points with me and explained and showed, in detail, what needed to be replaced anjd also about the warranty. He is very informative. After given the cost, I chose the garage door to be rebuilt. When my husband arrived they spoke alone. We both agreed he acted professionally yet friendly and outgoing. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, "Eric Kirby", my service techincian, was extremely professional and kind. My wife and I were pleased dealing with him. However, I was a little sad that we had to pay over $700 to get my truck out and have our garage door repaired. Times are tough. But, I am grateful that Eric was able to repair our garage door quickly, and we could get our truck out. I believe that Eric repaired the door so that it will operate effectively for many years to come. My wife and I are tried of having to have the door be fixed by so many "local garge door companies" using poor, inexpensive parts which eventually break down. Hopefully, this will be the last time that we have to have the door repaired. I would highly recommend your company. Your company is honest and professional. Precision was recommended by a friend to possibly get me out of a jam. My garage door came off track, and Precision was here in less than 2 hrs after I called (promptness counted). Long story short, the rep who showed up (Albert Fleming), was excellent. He temporarily fixed my door, but was honest enough to let me know that the original door was on it;s last leg (in excess of 20 yrs...he did not know). Anyway, without being pushy, he recommended a new door. Even though this was not in my current budget, I did not feel that Al was taking advantage of me. See, I am a 69 yr old Senior Citizen (prime pickings), but I felt confident following his recommendation. He did an excellent job w/the installation..definitely told me to call him if there is a problem. I am very happy with my choice of compamies and installer.

Matt was terrific! Two days before we were hosting a big family event at our home, our garage door finally gave out. It was stuck open at a precarious angle. All the work was done quite well. I would make one comment.. I think technician should also be trained on electrical work as there are cases where a new electrical outlet might be need to connect the opener and maintain overall asthetic of the area.
