We found the ad for Precision Garage Door in the Yellow Pages. We called several other companies that were not able to provide same day replacement of the coil on our garage door. Because the door was quite heavy, we decided to have a new door installed which was done several days later (due to the holiday). We are quite pleased with our new door and the professional and courteous manner of the technician who installed it. He cleaned up after the work was completed. When we drive into our driveway, we marvel at how attractive the door makes the house appear.

The office staff that answered the phones were very pleasant and proffesional. The Technician arrived right on time and solved my problem in no time. Friendly fast service for a broken spring. However, new wheels not compatable with current hinges and roller off track within days. Would not replace hinges as part of hardware upgrade as expected. Disappointed in cost and trying to charge additional fee for proper hinges.

Mr. Nelson has a very unique door that was a combination of parts not normally found on garage doors. It appears that a previous owner of the home, maybe an engineer, designed and built the door himself. The hinges were not compatible with todays garage door rollers. Changing the hinges would have created a domino effect of other parts that would have to be replaced so the door would function properly. We returned to Mr Nelsons home and fixed the issues with the rollers. There have been no further issues with the door.

I am happy to write a review of your service and your product. A year ago, I had a new garage door opener installed by someone who did not stand behind the job. The opener never worked well. I contacted your company and technicians came out advising me that the opener needed to be replaced. I was impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and politeness of both men. At the time I could not afford the new opener so I waited until 2010. Yes, you met my expectations. This new technician was equally professional. He serviced my garage door and gave me tips on annual service for the future. The opener works perfectly, is quiet and smooth operating. I love it! I will definetly use Precision again and recommend Precision to others.

When our double garage door broke, I didn't know who to call to fix it since my husband was out of town. I did an internet search and after considering a few companies I chose Precision. Very fast availability, even for an after hours call. I needed service, called at 7am, and was able to get someone out the same day, after 6pm when I got home from work. Technician was professional, pleasant, and the repair was very fast.

Several months ago we needed a garage door repair. I found Precision in the Yellow Pages along with a discount coupon. We called and were very glad we did. The service was impeccable. Brad Buzzelli was the technician. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. At the time of the repair, we talked briefly about eventually purchasing new garage doors. Brad talked to us about it briefly, explaining our options but without any sales pressure at all. Months later, we decided to replace the old doors and called Precsion and requested Brad. We made am appointment to get an estimate. Again, Brad was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Within a week or so, we had our new doors. They were installed in a timely manner and all of the old equipment was removed from our property. We were extremely happy with the job from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend Precision to our friends and family. Thanks!
