Not only did he know what he was doing but he explained it to me in layman's terms. Al also went above and beyond duty by connecting my garage door opener to my car. The technician was very polite. However he did not have the equipment necessary to fix my gargage door and tried to sell me a garage door opener system instead. He said he would get back to me to schedule another appointment but I have yet to hear from him. Im starting to believe that he never intended to fix the lock on garage door and was trying to get a bigger sale. I do not want a system I just want to be able to lock my garage.

Eric came to my house only an hour and a half after calling Precision. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately started working to fix it. He was very polite, professional, and efficient. Mr. Watson was not home during our first visit so we returned on Friday and Mr Watson purchased a new door as his was in such poor condition repairing it reliably would not have been possible.

Loved the confirmation email that told me my technician, as well as, providing his picture. Al was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come earlier. Al was very polite, shook my hand and introduced himself when he arrived. Al was honest, polite and finished the repair quickly. Al also checked and adjusted the door so it opened and closed completely. I have had 3 dIfferent technicians from your company and they have all been great. Keep up the high quality of service.

I was glad Precision was able to service my garage door on a Sunday. The torsion spring broke Saturday night and I didn't want to have to miss work on Monday. Tom arrived on time (after calling to say he was on his way!). He was very professional and explained all of my options. After I gave him the go-ahead he got right to work and completed the 'rebuild' in just over an hour. Other than the unexpected expense of the repair (a bit on the expensive side!) I had no complaints about the quality of the technician (Tom) or the work performed.
