Great job! My garage doors were making a great deal of noise and I was not sure if I needed to replace or what. Precision came out and evaluated the problems and did the necessary maintenence and now the doors are really quiet. They also gave me the age of the doors and the age and quality of the openers and what changes and maintenece I might want to consider in the future. They were very professional and thank you for the quiet.

One of the cables on my garage door broke on a Sunday. I was very pleased that there was no extra charge for sending a technician out on a Sunday.I also appreciated the email including a photo of the scheduled tech. Ryan was very professional. He phoned and asked if he could arrive early, which was great! He recommended a rebuild rather than just replacing the broken cable, and since my garage door hadn't been serviced since I bought it in 1997, I agreed. It was more than I had hoped to spend, but I liked the guarantee. The only thing that stopped me from giving your company 5 stars is that I wish I had been told about the coupon on your website that would have waived the cost of the service call since I was spending way more in excess of $100. Your company did honor the half off the service fee coupon I had from Angie's list, but excellent customer service would have been to suggest your own coupon since the rebuild was $650, way in excess of the $100 service the coupon required. Ryan did the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He was very friendly and courteous.

Our garage door spring broke Saturday morning. We were clueless what to do. We looked up garage repair online and your company came up. The lady on the phone was great, and an hour later the technician was there. He was professional and competent. He had the garage door fixed in less than an hour. The price we were quoted was exactly what we paid. Would use this company again.

WOW! 24 hour service at no extra charge! That captured my attention in the Yellowbook. I also liked going on the internet to see the picture and bio on the serviceman coming out to my house late at night. I was not disappointed with the serviceman. The truck was marked well and he had identification on. Bill Adamini was very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything well so I could understand the problem. I had 6 options to pick from and Bill explained each one in detail. Bill went above and beyond the normal expectation of a sales/repair technician in performing his job. Because of my handicap, Bill offered to do several things for me (like going up the stairs for the detergent) which was extremely appreciated. I have already told several people about the fantastic service I received from Bill. Since my new garage door would take 3 days to come in, he came back the next day to replace several parts (spring and hardware) so that I could get my car out of the garage. Bill is very well trained and has a super personality!

Tech did not leave an invoice, parts are much too expensive springs by 3 times, and the need for an additional part required [center bearing by 5 times] was not discussed in during appointment conversation. Tech Service rate fair and work satisfactory. I would not recommond them.

A second visit was needed because the door was still stopping partially closed or open. The first visit you replace most moving parts with your $850 overhaul. The second visit you diagnosed the electronics in the opener as causing the same symptoms as I originally reported before the overhaul. Anyway, all seems well now. But, it made me wonder if the overhaul was really necessary and maybe only the new Liftmaster unit would have fixed my original problem? Eric said the door itself was hard to move before the overhaul and that satisfied me. The new belt drive that Eric installed is so quiet compared to my old chain drive and I am very satisfied with that. Also the outside remote pad is very convenient for use by my family.
Thank you for your feedback Mr. Murach. I apologize that it took us two visits to have your door and opener working properly. I can assure you after speaking to Eric that you did indeed have multiple issues at the time of service. I hope Eric explained that the opener and the door are two separate entities. Openers are only designed lift between 10-12 lbs. The issue with your opener was directly caused by the old, worn parts on your door. Now you have some peace of mind.
