Our doors were rebuilt with the lifetime warranty.That is so important for us.Our garage doors are basically our front door especially since we do not have a service door from the garage.They are heavily used each day with having 2 dogs. we are very satisfied with the work the technician performed..he was knowledgable and friendly and the door works much better. my only complaint is that the technician was a no show for our first appt and we weren't notified that he wasn't coming til we called to check why no one came. i understand things come up and there are emergencies (our wasn't) but a phone would have been nice to inform us and to reschedule the job.

I found your number on the website and called. I was set up with an appointment right away and Eric came to assess the problem. He was punctual, courteous and fixed the door that afternoon. He replaced the spring, the rollers, the pulleys, the cables, pretty much everything but the door itself! I am very pleased with the work and my garage door has never worked this well! Very quick response time after I called. Both Bill and Duane made the repair fast and easy. They offered an upgraded package at a special rate but were not pushy when I declined. Both acted professionally and I was very happy to have my garage door working within about an hour or two. They even made sure all of the hinges and wheels were moving smoothly. Thank you :)

Al came to do the look at the job and to give me an estimate.(Bill did the actual installation which is on a different review). The time for his arrival was to be between 2 and 4 and he showed up at 2:05, which saved me a lot of time. He was very courteus and professional and gave a complete and accurate estimate for cost and installation ( you were able to install a day earlier which was great). I would reccomend him to anyone.

Not only was Matt, your technician, here on time, he actually called to see if he could come sooner -- a welcome change from service providers who say they'll be over between noon and four and show up at five.

Brad did a beautiful job. He rebuilt our garage door. We had been worried that the door could fall on our car because the opener was rattling and appeared loose at the wall. He also showed us the rusted plates at the bottom, which of course he replaced in the process of rebuilding. Thank you Brad, it was a pleasure having you do the work and show us what was happening.
