I highly recommend Precision Door Services. I was able to get a same day appointment to fix our door. Not only that, they came exactly when they said they would and even called 15 minutes before arrival so I would know they were almost there. It's really important to me to not have to waste time waiting all day for service. Once at my home the service was competant, professional, and efficient. There was no high pressure up-selling--just courteous service.

Al did a phenomenal job and I am very happy with the new insulated garage door. Al worked efficiently, was courteous and cleaned up afterwards. My neighborhood had a short-term power outage soon after his arrival and Al just kept on working to get the job done. I have used Precision Door twice now and both times have been very favorable experiences. The most recent was when my garage door woould not open. Purchased a Groupon to have garage door inspected with minor maintenance performed. Also, assisted my husband electronically link the garage door opener to the Homelink system in our new car which we were having trouble connecting.

I looked up garage door repair for 44136 and Precision Door came up. I called late Friday evening and Brad was able to come at noon on Saturday. He was friendly and efficient and replaced a piece of track, reset the springs and oiled the tracks along with straightening the door. The price was fair, plus there was a $15 discount on their website. I would highly recommend Brad and Precision Door.

Liked that there was not a surcharge for a weekend service call. All was good * Al, the tech, was no-nonsense guy,very good SERVICE, however, was very expensive.....

No one has control over when something breaks, we just need to be in position to respond to our customers promptly. Al is our most experienced technician and does a really good job. As for our price if you were to compare us to a company similar to us we would be comparable. Value is determined over time.

Precision Door was recommended by a friend, and they had an excellent rating on Angie's List. I called because a spring had broken on the garage door. The appointment confirmation email contained photos of their technicians, so I knew whom to expect. Brad was prompt, polite and professional, explained additional problems with worn bearings on the very old garage door, as well as all options from just replacing the springs to rebuilding the parts to replacing the door completely. Because I felt the old wooden door maintained the character of the older home, I elected not to replace but to rebuild. Brad did an excellent job. I highly recommend Precision Door for your needs.

Precision garage Doors is not a company I can recommend. The technician gave me what I thought was an extremely high price at first and then continually lowered it to try to get me to use his services. To me that makes it seem like the company is trying to get as much money as they can by initially giving a price which is much higher than what they are willing to do the job for. Also, after I had been told the price for the consultation was $40 the technician said the price would be $65 because he had to take time to look at the garage door and talk to me. Isn't that what the consultation is for? He did however waive that fee when I objected. The company that repaired my garage door gave me a much lower price plus they did not require that I first do a consultation which I would have to pay for if I choose not to use their company. I feel that not using this company to repair my garae door was a very wise decision. Even with having to pay for the consultation, I saved over $200 dollars.

Based on your experience, I can understand why you feel that way. First, let me say there are many ways to repair a garage door. Experience has shown the best way to repair a door long term is to rebuild it. Not to say you can't replace a spring or a broken cable. We have found that putting a bandage leads to call backs and unhappy customers. Ultimately we will do whatever our customer wants but again the best way to repair a door is to rebuild it and we guarantee it will work perfectly. Obviously my technician did not adequately explain our company to you. Precision Door uses the best parts available and we offer lifetime warranties, which other companies do not. I don't apologize for our prices, what I do know is that we provide the best service in the industry. It is difficult to compare us to other garage door companies because we take a different approach. Our goal is to fix your door right the first time and give you peace of mind. I do apologize that your experience was not a positive one. Hopefully, you will grant us the opportunity to change your perception of our company. Also, thank you for your feedback. It gives us the opportunity to improve our service.

I was very pleased with our service from Precision Door. Matt, our technician, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several options, from repair to replacement, with absolutely no pressure. Given the age of our opener (15 yrs) we opted to replace it. Matt finished the installation quickly and efficiently, took time to explain and demonstrate the features, and helped me set up the keyless entry. Great service, and we will gladly recommend your company in the future!

Didn't know who to call concerning my garage door sensor problem that has been ongoing for over a year. I consulted the phone book and called Precision and so glad I did. Mitch diagnosed the problem immediately and new sensors were installed. He even oiled the hinges and that has made a huge difference. It sounds so nice when the door is opened & closed. Mitch was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
