I just want to take this opportunity to thank Brad and Precision for the prompt, professional and high quality repair that was performed at our residence. Brad made my call a priority, reviewed the problem, informed me of the cost and performed the service. He did his best to keep the cost lower by utilizing some of the existing materials where he could and was a pleasure to work with. While repairing a garage door is not something I want to spend money on, I felt that we received prompt, high quality service and it was well worth the money spent. I will certainly be recommending Precision to others. Thank you!

Al at Precision was Fantastic! He came in late in the evening, we're talking after 10:30pm, and was pleasant and upbeat. He was a breath of fresh air in the midst of a situation that really stunk! The two technicians who repaired my door and replaced my remote entry opener were very professional (I just can't see, to remember names). They took the time to explain what they were doing. They also, at my request, took the time to "scold" two of my kids for unsafe climbing of the garage door (don't ask). When a problem came up with my van remote, they promptly returned to take care of the issue. I would recommend your company in the future.

We appreciated how quickly your company responded to our call. We called on a Saturday morning and got scheduled that same day for afternoon service. Even better, your tech was in our area when he got the notice, and he took the initiative to swing by that morning to take a look. He made a quick repair, which freed up the rest of our day. Although we were happy about the quick service, the real reason we're writing is because of how friendly and professional your tech was. We remember him from a year ago when he solved another garage door issue. Both times he demonstrated himself as proficient and good-humored. Our paperwork lists his name as Brad, and we wanted to pass along that he makes a good impession for your company.
