I have used Precision Door for 7 years and had a new door installed, service on the sensors and now new rollers. I wasn't sure if the new rollers would reduce the noise and the technician was honest about what effect new rollers would have given the age of the motor. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money or just have the door serviced. He was honest and completed the work quickly and honored my coupon. I will call Precision again if I have any issues with my garage door.

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision about 2:00 and someone was at my house by 4:00. Mitch and Tom were my technician's and they were both wonderful. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Precision to everyone. It is a shame more companies do not operate like this one.

Matt previously repaired our garage springs but soon after we had an issue with the garage opener so we purchased the Liftmaster. Matt told us about this product during his initial visit. We were planning to make the purchase in late summer but ended up doing it sooner. Matt was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He even came back afterwards to install a master link on the chain. It was a pleasure doing business with Matt and we would recommend him to others. Hope all your technicians are as good as Matt. Sending him a round of applause including a standing ovation!
