I purchased a "deal" through Angie's List to have the garage doors inspected and the rollers replaced. This was my first contact with Precision. When the technician came out to do the inspection, he talked to us about replacing the garage doors as they were very old and in bad shape. After giving us a price quote, we decided to go ahead and replace the doors. I felt comfortable with the estimate because I had looked into replacing the doors previously. I was comfortable with using Precision because the company is highly rated on Angie's List. Steve came back a few days later and replaced the doors, springs, rails, etc. He did a great job and I am very happy with the doors. I will recommend the company to others who may need garage door services.

Tom did a great job of fixing this door. He had to discover what was the problem and after he discovered that, HE FIXED IT. So far, its working fine and will call him again if something goes wronge.

The technician that came and provided the service was very professional, knowledgeable and provided me with more than one option. Due to my current financial status, I was not able to take full advantage of the full recommendation that was provided. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Precision, service technician Brad in particular. I needed a new garage door to replace the one that was installed over 50 years ago. Brad very efficiently installed the new door and minimized the gap where the cement had settled and was uneven. The door looks beautiful and works well with the opener that we already had. He took away the old door and left everything nice and clean. Thank you!

What a great company! Brad came out to inspect our 3 garage doors and openers. He installed new vinyl rollers on each and they are so much quieter now. He tightened all hardware and replaced a broken bracket on one door. All thoughout the service visit, he explained everything he was doing and why. In the past two years we've had Al out for two different repairs on our garage door. We called because they advertise 24 hour service. Loved that they called ahead to let us know he was running early. Fast, friendly & courteous! Al explained the state of our door and why we didn't have to invest in a new door at this time. We will call them in the future for a new install or future repair. Love love love the number kep pad opener. So convenient!

The satisfied reviewers Precision had on Angie's List, and the great deal that you offered on the garage door tune-up and roller replacement were both good advertising. Jeffery and Tom replaced the old metal rollers with much quieter ones, and fixed problems we were having the the speed and force with which the garage door opened and closed. They also fixed a problem where the garage door would open again immediately after being closed. Finally, they did a safety inspection and lubricated the moving parts. Finally our garage door works like it is supposed to!
