I had a minor garage door repair to be done, and what I needed was a technician to make a few minor adjustments. The technician that was assigned to me was very helpful, courtious and above all professional. In the past two years we've had Al out for two different repairs on our garage door. We called because they advertise 24 hour service. Loved that they called ahead to let us know he was running early. Fast, friendly & courteous! Al explained the state of our door and why we didn't have to invest in a new door at this time. We will call them in the future for a new install or future repair. Love love love the number kep pad opener. So convenient!

The satisfied reviewers Precision had on Angie's List, and the great deal that you offered on the garage door tune-up and roller replacement were both good advertising. Jeffery and Tom replaced the old metal rollers with much quieter ones, and fixed problems we were having the the speed and force with which the garage door opened and closed. They also fixed a problem where the garage door would open again immediately after being closed. Finally, they did a safety inspection and lubricated the moving parts. Finally our garage door works like it is supposed to!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Jeremiah was wonderful. He called and said he would be there a little earlier than planned. I was at work and couldn't get home any earlier than the arranged time, but he said "no problem" and waited until I could get home. He was courteous, polite and explained the problem to me thoroughly. I picked Precision out of the Yellow Pages phone book because it had the BBB logo in it's ad. I'm very glad that I did. I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. Jeremiah was the best!

My garage door opener started to make noise indicating that it was reaching its end-of-life. I found Precision Door on the internet. I called them first thing in the morning and made an appointment for 5pm that day to explore repair or replacement options. A few hours later, I received a call from Al advising that he was nearby and asked if I wanted to move the appointment to 11am. I agreed. Al arrived and concurred that I was in need of a new opener. I elected to have the Marantec PDS-4700eL belt driven opener installed. Upon installation, it was discovered that the springs and rollers were in need of replacement as well. Ninety minutes later, I had a new opener that was so quiet I questioned if it was running or not. I'm very pleased with the product and the installation. A couple friends are rather impressed as well and plan to replace their openers with the same company and brand when necessary. It must also be noted that Precision's prices are rather competitive.
