Mitch won my confidence when he first came to check on a possible repair/new install. His focus on solving the customer problem and listening to my needs/requirements helped me decide that the overall quality and customer care during installation outweighed price alone. I expect years of maintenance free operation (read as low total cost of ownership) from my two new garage doors and belt driven openers based on the care and diligence witnessed during the install. Mitch was great. Very informative in explaining the problem, and various repair options. Repaired problem quickly. My only complaint is that I would have liked to have known the cost of the parts ahead of time when I scheduled the appointment.

My 50 plus year old garage door would not open at 6 am and I had to be down in Columbus for a meeting by 11am. Brad worked me into the beginning of his day on an emergency and was very helpful. He somehow found a way to get the garage door open and get my car out of the garage. He was so helpful and I was able to make it to Columbus in time. I am getting a new garage door through Brad and not calling anyone else for a quote. The service I was given by Precision and Brad has made me a customer for life.

We love our new garage door! The premium cherry color is beautiful and it makes our house look brand new. We are very happy with the new opener that is so quiet. We are glad that we also got the key pad for easy entry, if we don't have our opener with us. The installation went very smoothly,quickly,and efficiently. Al was really wonderful. He was very upbeat and polite. Our garage door is working so much better. The only minor complaint is that he should have swept up after himself. Having to clean up after a repairman leaves a mess is a pet peeve of mine.

On Saturday, April 7, I discovered that both the cables and springs had broken. I called your company and immediately received an appointment between 5:00 PM and 7:00PM and that Mitch would be the technician. He called to confirm and told me that he was running a little late and arrived at 7:30PM. He assessed the problem and I decided to purchase the rebuild package. He was very courteous and professional and answered all questions. The job was completed by 9:30PM I used to use another service company, but now I will only use your company. I also learned that your replacement parts have a lifetime warranty.

I gave you two stars not because of bad service, Al was professional and did his job well. I made one mistake and that was buying on the spot and not getting an estimate from a competitor, there was nothing wrong with the door when I called you. You may be the best in the business, but I suspect you are the most expensive. Al took 45 minutes to rebuild the door parts and I paid $800. I can't believe Al's time or your parts are worth that much money. I know good service is not cheap but should not be this expensive. You caught me on a bad day for me and good for you. I'm usually not that gullable and I really don't like to get taken and I feel I did. No recommendation for Precision.

My garage door was not working properly. The spring was broken and needed replaced. Brad was out within an hour of my call to have someone come out. Brad suggested the door hardware overhaul. He was very professional and friendly. I will not say Precision was the cheapest, but a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor is worth it. I would definitely recommend Precision and will call again if we have any problems.

I called Precision Door Service because of a special offered by Angie's List. I was impressed from the minute I called to make the appointment. Al did a phenomenal job and I am very happy with the new insulated garage door. Al worked efficiently, was courteous and cleaned up afterwards. My neighborhood had a short-term power outage soon after his arrival and Al just kept on working to get the job done. I highly recommend Precision Door Services. I was able to get a same day appointment to fix our door. Not only that, they came exactly when they said they would and even called 15 minutes before arrival so I would know they were almost there. Purchased a Groupon to have garage door inspected with minor maintenance performed. Also, assisted my husband electronically link the garage door opener to the Homelink system in our new car which we were having trouble connecting.

I looked up garage door repair for 44136 and Precision Door came up. I called late Friday evening and Brad was able to come at noon on Saturday. He was friendly and efficient and replaced a piece of track, reset the springs and oiled the tracks along with straightening the door. The price was fair, plus there was a $15 discount on their website. I would highly recommend Brad and Precision Door.
