Matt installed my door initially, and as back then, explained what he was going to do to correct the problem. They replaced the opener, flat out, because it didn't want to work. They stand behind their product which makes me so glad that I chose Precision. Also, when Jim Kouri was here yesterday, he was not afraid to admit that he wasn't sure why the door wouldn't respond. He called Brad Buzzelli, who had been here last time this happened to ask for assistance. I like how all the members of this company work as a team, and ask each other for assistance. Dear Precision, I have to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with your company and technician today. It is a saturday morning and the garage cable was broken so we were unable to open the garage. I called Action Doors,who has serviced us before, and they wanted $105.00 for the first 15 minutes. I decided to call Precision and give your company a try. I'm glad I did, you were 1/2 the price,knowledgable, and polite. The tech. offered to fix just the cable but showed us what was going wrong with the doors and informed us of the proper fix to do. We did not want anymore trouble so we put in a new garage door opener. The tech worked very hard and put the new system up and even swept our garage floor. Thank you Jim for your nice service. Serviceman showed up promptly at scheduled time. Very professional. Explained all our options. We ended up purchasing the liftmaster 8550. My only negative and certainly does not reflecr on Matt was in looking at he options I did not realize it would be an extra charge to hook our opener to the internet which I would have liked. Other than that very happy with this company.

Purchase garage springs and a new opener. Was a bit surprised at how much they cost but the technician was superb and explained many things.

Jim did a terrific job, my garage door broke over the weekend and I saw your add through Google, I saw that you were listed with the BBB and Angie's list so I called. The phone rep was very nice and was able to schedule a same day appointment with a call ahead. Jim arrived on time and explained the problem, suggested the repairs that needed and told me the price. The young man showed up at the time I was told he would be here, there was actually nothing wrong with my door. It seemed to be sluggish due to the extreme cold temps out lately. He did explain all of the components that make a garage door opener work and their function. Also what I should be aware of to know if there is a problem. Afterward, he made a few minor adjustments to the door and was on his way. I appreciate the explanations in terms I understand. All of my dealings with this company have had positive results!

The technician was quick to diagnose the problem with our opener. He presented his diagnosis to our home warranty company allowing us to receive reimbursement for the cost of the repair. We chose to apply this reimbursement toward the purchase of a new opener. The installation was done quickly and neatly. We received instructions on the use of the opener. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable.

I needed a reapir on a broken spring asap. I called Precision and they were at my house a few hours later. Anthony did a great job and was finished within an hour. Anthony was professional and courteous and I will definitely call Precision again. The service is excellent.

The service technician (Bill) phoned thiry minutes before his arrival and arrived in thirty minutes. He arrived with the parts needed for the job (new door opener, parts to repair door and required tools) and completed the job in a professional manner. He was knowledgeable about all components and very customer friendly. He was one of the best service technicians that we have had during the forty years that we have lived in Shaker Hts. Precision was excellent overall: the website was excellent, the bios on the service technicians was outstanding, the product information was very useful and the service was unexpectedly good (contacted on Saturday afternoon and work commpleted on Sunday morning). [We called Action Door at the same time as Precision. Action scheduled us for a callback on Monday (today) -- needless to say, Action lost our business because the work is done!] We will recommend Precision to any of our friends and neighbors who need garage door service.

I got to a voice mail at Sievers, and after 3 hrs. with no reply, I called you after 4 00 PM to make an appointment. and was surprised when it was done within 2 hours.
