I am going to wait to give you my review, as I'm not 100% sure yet. Matt was great. BUT, he was here on Tuesday it is now Friday and after emailing your company and calling I still have NOT received my invoice which I was supposed to get the day of service. The email works because I got my appt. confirmation,this feedback email and an automated email. Although this may seem trite it is now bordering on irritating. After spending nearly $1,400, I feel a receipt would be nice for my records. So far the door is working great and I hope to send in a 5 star review for your technicians' sake.

I cannot say enough good things about Precision. Bill Adamini was amazing! I had to have a new garage door installed and Bill was educated, professional and never pushy. I felt extremely comfortable and confident that I made the right choice with having Precision and Bill handle the install. I was always made aware of arrival time, which is so helpful when working full time. I was able to meet Bill at my house, and have the install taken care of within 2 days of my first call. My new door looks fantastic. The work Bill performed is outstanding. He was organized, on top of his game, and cleaned up when the job was completed. I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone I can, and I will definitely use them again for any future situations. Needless to say I was impressed and my faith was restored in customer service, and affordable home repair. Job well done. Thank you!!

This is the second time I used your service. I was happy with the service the first time; and again, I was very happy this time too. Your tech was due between 8a-10am; he called me 8:13am and was here by 8:30am. He was professional and courteous and very polite. He got right to it and fixed the chain on the garage door opener. Then helped me reset my outdoor keypad. Again, excellent service provided, couldn't ask for better. I would recommend your company to others.

My garage door was making lots of noises when it was opening / closing. Upon further review I noticed the rollers were off the track. It being a Sunday I thought I would call and make an appointment for monday. To my surprise they provided Sunday service at no extra cost. Even better a technician was within minutes of my house and arrived within an hour. After further review the technician explained to me the root cause of the problem and identified some other potential problems. Although it cost me more than I expected I got my problem fixed and now got more current, reliable remote door opener. Also have lifetime guarantee on certain parts. Technician completed the job in a timely manner.

We provide seven day service in a timely manner, we take time to educate our customers, We want to "fix your door right the first time" and we do offer a lifetime warranty. We recently purchased a home and had Precision come out and inspect/tune up the garage doors and put in a new keypad. Anthony was right on time, I explained what we were looking to accomplish, he went over a couple options, and we decided on a few minor repairs to ensure the doors were at their optimal function, since they were a little older. I felt no pressure or that he was trying to "up-sell" me something we didn't need and he completed the work in great time. I would consider him an asset to the company! Would definitley use him/Precision again. :) Thanks!

I called last week to get an est and Ryan can out on Tuesday,he called and came early (which was good)I didn't have to wait hours for someone to come.Today which one week later the adapt was for between 10 am and 1 pm he called a little after 9 and asked if he could come early (which was great) and he arrived approx 930 and the job was completed less then an hour later. he did a great job , I hope all of your employees are of the same caliber Thanks again Ryan for a job well done

Great job................A company true to their ad in the phone book same day service. My garge door spring broke on a Sunday at 6 pm with me inside and not able to get out and Precision came to the rescue. And fixed the spring .

Matt called to come early. He explained my options clearly and professionally. He did a complete rebuild and installed a new opener. He worked efficiently and quickly and cleaned up. Good representative for the company. My door screwed up at 8:30 am on a Saturday and by 2:30 the same day the job was done.

Very professional service. We had same day service from our first phone call. We were given 3 options to fix or replace the 2 garage door openers. I felt no pressure while the decision was made. The doors work great and we have much better lighting in the garage. He left the garage clean and took away all the old broken parts and boxes from the new parts.

I have an old garage door which we were able to save. I went with Precision because a friend, Sue Hanley, is a neighbor of owner and trusted/recommended the service. I was amazed how quickly service was scheduled and performed. I also was impressed with Technician Ryan Freeman's skill level, promptness, patience and professionalism. I felt the bill was higher than expected compared to work other friends have had done, but I like lifetime warranty and fact Ryan didn't try to oversell me. Worked with what we could save. Five star all the way.

I chose Precision because friend, Sue Hanley, recommended the company because she knows and trusts owner Jim Boland. I called after 5 pm on a Thurs, worried this might not be fixable by wkend, but then discovered no extra fees for wkend service, but a wonderful, informed, skilled technician Ryan Freeman came on Fri afternoon and installed new products on a very cold day. My system was very old but he didn't push new parts and allowed me to make decisions. He patiently showed me new features and everything works great and we saved the old door itself. Like other reviews on line, I felt service is expensive, but hard to complain w a lifetime warranty and prompt, curitious, efficient service. Certainly a 5-star rated company in my estimation.

This company excels! Technician Jason was on time, informative, personal; he explained what problems I had (and those still developing) so I understood what was needed. Installation was impeccable; price was reasonable. This company is on Angie's List...and deserves to be. Every step of the process of getting service measures heads above any previous company I've used. In future, will go back to Precision and ask for Jason!
