We were having problems with our garage door. Precision was able to get us an appointment with a technician within 2 days. Matt called and asked if he could come early, which was actually much better for me. He was prompt, courteous, very professional, and helpful. He gave me all my options, answered questions, and gave me a recommendation based on what I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for better service, I am very happy with my experience, and my garage doors work great now!

This morning my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. I called you around 9:00 AM to see if someone could come today and was given an appointment 12:00 to 3:00. Less than 2 hrs later your technician, Zoran,called to ask if it was OK to arrive early which I appreciated. After reviewing my problem door, he clearly explained my options. I chose the complete overhaul since my garage door is old and many parts were wearing out. Zoran was knowledgeable, polite and thorough in completing the repairs. Thank you.

First off excellent service. Woke up to find springs on door broke and needed to get out of garage. Called precision and were able to get out within 2-3 hours from call. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very efficient getting his job done in about a hour and half after he arrived. Will absolutely use company again or recommend to family and friends!!

The company was the fastest to respond to an emergency, we trying to leave and the garage door broke. I called that evening at 6pm and the technician was at my door at 10am the next day and had it fixed at noon. The technician was friendly and understood when I could not afford the additional services even though he recommended them. The technician replaced hardware (plates, rollers, act), a cable that broke, and fixed the side of the door that was causing the problem.

My door was stuck open with a broken cable bracket and the tech came the same day I called to take care of it. I knew my door hardware was old and in bad shape and Jason explained a package where I keep the door and he replaced most of the moving parts. Now its quiet, balanced, and most importantly goes up and down again. He also gave me advice on my other door even though he did not service it. I was impressed!
