The service technician was excellent. He demonstrated a commanding knowledge of the system. Anthony was on time and completed the repair earlier than expected. The price was fair and Anthony was able to explain and show me why I needed the repairs he recommended. Upon completion of the repair there was an immediate improvement on how the operated. The company was the fastest to respond to an emergency, we trying to leave and the garage door broke. I called that evening at 6pm and the technician was at my door at 10am the next day and had it fixed at noon. The technician was friendly and understood when I could not afford the additional services even though he recommended them. The technician replaced hardware (plates, rollers, act), a cable that broke, and fixed the side of the door that was causing the problem.

My door was stuck open with a broken cable bracket and the tech came the same day I called to take care of it. I knew my door hardware was old and in bad shape and Jason explained a package where I keep the door and he replaced most of the moving parts. Now its quiet, balanced, and most importantly goes up and down again. He also gave me advice on my other door even though he did not service it. I was impressed!

Bill did an excellent job. He gave a price comparison on wherever to fix our liftmaster door opener or install a new one. We chose to install a new opener and the liftmaster belt drive is so quite and we can hardly hear it compare to te liftmaster chain drive. Bill did amazing work. Paul did an excellent job...explained why the door was not working properly, what our options were and how long it would take to install a new opener...he suggested we replace the rollers for a smooth and quiet operation...everything is in and working well...he mentioned that I would receive a receipt via e-mail for all the work done and the cost paid...as yet I haven,t received one...

First, they answer the phone, not a recording. Second, I was able to schedule a time for the next day that was convenient for me (not an emergency). Matt actually was there ahead of schedule and called to see if it would be ok, which was actually better for me. He was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Would use Precision again without hesitation.

Anthony came out to the house to deal with an issue on the garage door. He was able to come to the house much earlier than originally scheduled. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the garage sensors, install new sensors and have the garage work properly. He also helped program a garage remote control.
