The Best Service ever received! Bar None! The crew was very prompt, courteous and new how to actually perform the job. No running around to find parts, they had everything with them. I appreciate the prompt response to fixing my daughters garage door opener.I met with Tom since my daughter was moving back to Cleveland from Columbus due to a job transfer. With one days notice Tom actually showed up earlier than the appointment we had scheduled for that day. Within about one hour door was working well. Being reasonably priced my daughter was overjoyed.

I was desperate to get the garage door opened after work one evening. I had been having many issues with car and had just started a new job. Your technician - Eric, arrived early and proceeded to work. The manual release was incorrectly installed and we had no choice but to please a hole in the door to access by hand. I was impressed that the replacement springs have Precision's name on them, and are guaranteed. The customer service representative who answered my call was knowledgeable, professional and very nice, and I was able to get same day service. Returning home after 10PM, I discovered a broken spring. I found Precision on line and called based upon positive reviews. Since my need was fairly urgent they changed their schedule and Brad arrived before 9AM the next day. He was very knowledgeable, showed me the problem and made suggestions for optional use. He completed all with a very professional and timely manner. My only negative is the service and cost is very expensive. Had I known the price and not been in an urgent need, I would have shopped around.

My garage door spring was broken and we could not get into our garage. We called Precision, and within 12 hours Brad was at my house. I called precision doors on Tuesday and Wednesday an hour before sceduled the technician called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. Within an hour he diagnosed and repaired the door. All which was during a holiday period. The young man was both professional and efficient. Thanks.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had a spring break the day before Thanksgiving, while my house was on the market. Precision charged a reasonable service call fee and came out that day! Technician was knowledgeable and gave great service. I would highly recommend Precision.

Dear sir I am "very" disappointed with the replacement of my garage door. I was told that my opener would be reconnected, it was not. I expected some provision to be able to diconnect the opener, if it were to fail, so I could open the door. There is only a small handle on the bottom of the door to open it manually.

The day we installed Mr. Watsons door he was not home. He had some expectations the installer was not aware of. Once we became aware that Mr. Watson was not happy we returned and took care of both of his concerns. Mr Watson is no longer "disappointed"

Website and the use of it in appointment confirmation and "meeting" my technician before he even came was a great help. Al Fleming was tremendous. Not only did he know what he was doing but he explained it to me in layman's terms. Al also went above and beyond duty by connecting my garage door opener to my car. Tom did an excellent job of explaining my options. Whatever I decided on doing would be perfectly fine with him. I didn't feel pressured to purchase something I didn't need. Toms' main concern was getting my door fixed properly at an option that was acceptable to me. He completed the garage-door-rebuild in under 45 minutes just like he promised and left the garage the same as it was when he arrived. Tom is very professional and an asset to the company. I've already recommended Precision to my sister on the east-side and I'll continue to do so in the future.
