Anthony Wise was our service man. He was very friendly and explained a little bit about him and the company. He explained thoroughly the options we had to repair our door. I did not feel pressured in any way by his sales technique. We needed to repair the springs only but decided to have all moving parts repaired with lifetime warranty. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sold us. We our very happy with the job he did and our door is working great! I really liked how an email was sent out prior to the appt. so I knew who would be coming to our house. We would definitely refer others to use this company! Thank you.

I was so please that Precision Door for a few reasons... 1) someone answer their phone when I called late Saturday afternoon. Calls to other companies were answered by answering services and was told someone would get back with me next day. 2) there was no extra charges for nights and weekends. 3) I was able to get an appointment Sunday morning. 4) The technician call Sunday morning to let me know he was on his way was very helpful. 5) The technician who called and serviced the door was refreshingly polite. What a great way to start one's day. He was very thorough with my choices of repair. The service was done quickly and no mess left behind. The door operates so smoothly and quietly now. Selected Precision from Angie's List. New steel door installed in one day. Very lightweight and easy to lift. I have a very old garage that is slightly leaning. Precision came out again a few days later when I called to make adjustments. I found them very responsive and easy to deal with.

Found your company through Angies List where I bought the Special for Roller Replacement and checkup. In the meantime, I discovered some issues with the remotes, and for long time was bothered by worn weather stripping. Called on a Sunday and was amazed to be able to book an appointment for service the next day! I really liked Bill Adamini: he taught me a lot that I didn't know about garage doors, openers, and remotes. Requested him to return to do the new weather stripping, and I couldn't be more pleased: all my problems are solved now.

Your technicians are great and courteous and seem to go out of their way to make the customer happy, which I appreciate. For some reason now, the garage door will not open unless you are right in front of it. It used to open from a couple hundred feet away and now I must be just a few feet away to get it to open. This is true regardless what remote we use. I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me and let me know why it works this way now. It is sort of annoying to have to be right in front of it now. Thanks!

Service Techn done a great job in repairing and restoring my gargage door. I thought that most of the part was very costly, but I'm happy that my gargage door is working like new and that I don't have to worry about it with the lifetime warranty.
