The young man came to my home, identified himself, found the problem with my door, showed me and explained everything in terms I understood, and fixed my door! We have had the new door for just under a year and I have nothing but good things to say about this company and it representatives. The young man was polite, and knowledgeable about his job. He also cleaned up everything when he was finished. All I had to do was put the vehicles back in the garage and close the door. I am very pleased and will recommend not only your company...but this tech as well to all my friends. Thank You!

Precision was able to come on the day I requested service. Our old garage door opener was about 12 to 15 years old and the circuit board went. Matt explained everything to us and we went with a LiftMaster garage door opener.

First of all I was able to get next day appointment. On day of appointment I was called and asked if they could come earlier, Yea! Ryan was very polite, easy to understand and thorough. The spring replacement included adjustments to my door that I did not know I needed. I no longer hear the wind howling through the door. Being able to see pictures and names of the technicians on line was a nice touch. Great experience!

I called to schedule a service appt. on a Sunday afternoon and Jim called to say he could arrive earlier than orginally scheduled on Monday morning which was perfect for our schedule. I showed him what the door was doing and he determined we needed a new opener. He also showed me that the sensors were installed improperly and now they are installed correctly. He was professional and courteous the whole time and completed the job in a timely fashion. I will recommend your company to anyone who needs help with garage doors and openers.

My service rep. was Anthony Wise and he knows his product cold. I have a good mechanical background and had learned something about the operation of garage doors. When I explained what I thought was wrong (one end winding drum had come unspooled) and what I wanted, Anthony was patient with me and made some additional suggestions including replacing the cables which showed signs of corrosion and new rollers. The old rollers demonstrated evidence of bearing deterioration. The work was done quickly and in a first class manner. The parts were a little more pricey than I had thought, but I consider this justifiable in view of the quality of the service. I will use this company again.

After I suddenly couldn't open my garage door and my car was stuck inside I found your company on Angie's list. The website was informative and I was happy to get an appt very promptly. It was very nice to have just a two hour window for the appt and also to be called when the technician was running a little bit late. I appreciated the technician taking the time to explain to me the problem he found and the recommended repair. Bill was very nice and thoughtful and he and his trainee did a great job fixing the problem and ensuring things would continue to work smoothly with my garage doors.

One of the springs on our double overhead garage door broke late in the morning, and I contacted Precision to see how quickly a repair could be performed. After arranging a convenient time for a same-day repair, their service technician, Brad Buzzelli, arrived as promised and quickly replaced the springs. Brad also inspected the door, adjusted the chain tension on our opener, tightened some loose hardware, oiled the bearings and provided me with a nice review of the work he performed. I was completely satisfied with the quality of service I received, and I will gladly recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Arrival was prompt. Loved the picture of the service technician sent ahead of time for safety reasons. I needed a new spring, and not just one that was installed by the builder, because I have a 2-car garage. So while the cost was higher than I expected, the price we settled on seemed fair. Also replaced rollers and brackets and all new parts received a lifetime warranty. Hope to be set as long as I live here. Would definitely recommend to my neighbors.

Anthony Wise was our service man. He was very friendly and explained a little bit about him and the company. He explained thoroughly the options we had to repair our door. I did not feel pressured in any way by his sales technique. We needed to repair the springs only but decided to have all moving parts repaired with lifetime warranty. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sold us. We our very happy with the job he did and our door is working great! I was so please that Precision Door for a few reasons... 1) someone answer their phone when I called late Saturday afternoon. Calls to other companies were answered by answering services and was told someone would get back with me next day. 2) there was no extra charges for nights and weekends. 3) I was able to get an appointment Sunday morning. 4) The technician call Sunday morning to let me know he was on his way was very helpful. 5) The technician who called and serviced the door was refreshingly polite. What a great way to start one's day. He was very thorough with my choices of repair. The service was done quickly and no mess left behind. The door operates so smoothly and quietly now. Had a brand spanking new garage door installed. Installer was professional, courteous, and polite. He even did the installation on a Sunday evening at no extra charge! Showed me all of the operations and cleaned up after himself in less than 2 hours. Great company full of professionals.
