We had used Precision to install a new opener about five years ago and were satisfied with the service we received. So we called again when we needed repairs to the keypad unit. Bill called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. When he got here, he fixed all he could so I could close the garage door. I agree that I needed a new one though. He was courteous, professional, fair in price, and knew his business. I'm sure he'll do just as well on the door installation on May 3rd.
