The technician was professional, showing me what needed to be done to correct our problem, and what he would recommend from his overall checking. he gave me time to call my husband so he could talk with him. The technican's name I believe, began with an E, but he was wearing a shirt with "Brian" on it. He explained the reason for it. I hope that has been resolved. He cleaned up after he finished (which did not take as long as I expected) and showed me everything he replaced, explaining how often the parts should be lubricated. He did not show the old parts taht he had removed, and I did not think to ask to see them.

I apologize as I am cleaning out my email inbox and noticed I may not have replied to your survey. I do not recall the name of the technician that came to my house to service my door, but he was extremely courtious and quickly resolved the issue. I was very happy with the service and will continue to use your company. Again sorry for the delay in my reply.

Advertizement in phone book had Better Business rating and said you specialized in broken springs. And you do!! Our garage dood was fixed on time as promised; technican arrvied on time; explained all options; and fixed door. The door works better now then when it was new. I will recommend Percision Door Service to anyone who needs Garage Door repairs/maintenance/replacement. Excellent service - Excellent company.

I was well pleased with the timely response and the work done by Brad Buzzelli. He was courteous and professional. When I mentioned the cost to other people who have had their springs replaced, they thought it seemed high. I left a message for Jim Boland to call me, but never heard from him. Perhaps there is a reason, but, without communication, I am not sure what it is.

She expressed some concern regarding the cost of our service as compared to other people she spoke to regarding the price they paid for similar work. I was in the market for a company to help with a recent garage door opener problem.....came across Precision and began to research their company. When I began to read through past customer responses, I liked what I read. What sealed the deal for calling them was someone I knew who gave a positive feedback. So I contacted them and they were out the next day. Worked with Brad and he was very, very informative. Provided me a workman like explanation that made it easy for me to understand what happened and what my options were. Glad that I came across them and will certainly pass along the company name to family and friends as needed.

Tom came out and took one look at the garage opener and informed me that it needed to be replaced with a better unit. He quickly installed the new unit while making it a nice & neat install. Tom was very professional and I would refer him to anyone needing a garage door system replaced.
