Found your company through Angies List where I bought the Special for Roller Replacement and checkup. In the meantime, I discovered some issues with the remotes, and for long time was bothered by worn weather stripping. Called on a Sunday and was amazed to be able to book an appointment for service the next day! I really liked Bill Adamini: he taught me a lot that I didn't know about garage doors, openers, and remotes. Requested him to return to do the new weather stripping, and I couldn't be more pleased: all my problems are solved now.

Your technicians are great and courteous and seem to go out of their way to make the customer happy, which I appreciate. For some reason now, the garage door will not open unless you are right in front of it. It used to open from a couple hundred feet away and now I must be just a few feet away to get it to open. This is true regardless what remote we use. I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me and let me know why it works this way now. It is sort of annoying to have to be right in front of it now. Thanks!

Service was excellent it was just a phone call Al Fleming (Technician) was there the next day first thing in the morning took care of the problem and even did not charge for the house call, my family is very happy with their performance, Even Jim (owner) called and ask the problem it was very nice. Service Techn done a great job in repairing and restoring my gargage door. I thought that most of the part was very costly, but I'm happy that my gargage door is working like new and that I don't have to worry about it with the lifetime warranty.

Matt was assigned to open the broken door to get our car out. He did that on a Sunday, then wrote up our order for two new doors. He was great. A schedule conflict had Eric do the installation. He,too, was great. We reviewed all operations with Eric. The people, the product, the installation and the price more than met our expectations. If I had to do it again I would choose your company.

On Monday November 14, 2012 I was referred by a friend to have your company make repairs on my garage. I called and I was informed a Service Technnician would respond between the hours of 2-4pm. Within minutes of speaking with your service representative, I received a call from Jeffery Ware. Mr. Ware stated he was in the area and could be at my residence within the hour. He arrived within the hour, I explained what issue I was having with my garage and Mr. Ware inspected the area and informed me of a cable problem. Upon explaining what needed to be done and cost, Mr. Ware proceeded to fix my garage and I could not be more satisfied with the work performed! I thanked Mr. Ware for his response and resolution to my problem. I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.
