I picked your company out based on your website only. I had no references to pick out any other way. Your rep came out the same day I called and was very helpful. I received very good service from all three technicians, Anthony, Jim, and especially Brad. When doing the final steps to installing my garage door, Brad noticed that my door was off center, due to settling of my house. He made some adjustments and my garage door looks great. He also took extra time to clean and fix my original door opener, which was not working due to my sensors being messed up. It was above and beyond the work he was there to do. I appreciate the professional attitude, along with the attitude of caring and concern. Thank you, I will highly recommend your company to all that ask.

Excellent customer service. As a business owner I understand how important customer service is. I call on a Saturday at 10:00 AM and the Technician was out at my home at 3:30 PM. He explained to me all my options as the door spring was broken. He explained their pricing and by 5:45 the spring was replaced. I would recommend this company to any one who needs garage door repair or replaced.There was no extra cost for Saturday repair.

Knowledgable, prompt, hard working and friendly! Our technician, Bill, was excellent all around! Our garage door was broken. Bill fixed our door with a temporary clamp so I could "get by" for 2 weeks until the new door arrived. He did this without my order and did it to be nice and helpful. Truly appreciate good workers and good products. Precision Door and Bill are 5 stars.

Technician Matt Petroff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. (He was training a new technician, while here). After diagnosing my problem, he discussed options with me, and together we decided on what had to be done today, and what could wait for possible future actions. I had an ancient Genie opener on its last legs and a track that was off kilter enough that the door opener couldn't fully lift or lower my solid wood garage door. A different vendor had tried to adjust the track but only made the problem worse. Precision installed a new opener, tweaked the track position and cleaned up the workspace. I am happy to have a working door again and was pleased with Precision's service.

Replaced springs and installed Liftmaster opener.Technician was very professional in the demonstration of all phase of the repairs and installation. He was efficient and very helpful of questions I had.Fast and courteous.

Nothin' but "HIGH FIVES" for the work performed by "Brotha Matt"! I required service for a broken spring & at the same time asked to have a new garage door opener installed. Matt arrived on time and in approx. three hours time he had replaced two springs and installed the opener. VERY PROFESSIONAL work. My garage doors have never sounded better - a customer for life...
