Garage door would not open. No problem getting appointment. Al was very nice and helpful. He reset the sensors and the problem was solved. I am glad I chose Precision to install my door because service is always good and prompt whenever I call.

I'm very pleased with the service we received from Precision. It was nice to get email confirmation of the appointment and to know ahead of time who our technician would be. I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision about 2:00 and someone was at my house by 4:00. Mitch and Tom were my technician's and they were both wonderful. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Precision to everyone. It is a shame more companies do not operate like this one.

I have used Precision Door for 7 years and had a new door installed, service on the sensors and now new rollers. I wasn't sure if the new rollers would reduce the noise and the technician was honest about what effect new rollers would have given the age of the motor. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money or just have the door serviced. He was honest and completed the work quickly and honored my coupon. I will call Precision again if I have any issues with my garage door.

I was a new home owner and had some issues with my garage door. Jeffrey Ware the owner came over to my house himself and took VERY good care of me. I got a great deal and my problem was fixed within 1 hour. Precision Door does it right and their professionals will take extremely good care of you. If you live in Cleveland and need a Garage company there is no doubt you should turn to Precision Door!!!!!!
