Bill called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. When he got here, he fixed all he could so I could close the garage door. I agree that I needed a new one though. He was courteous, professional, fair in price, and knew his business. I'm sure he'll do just as well on the door installation on May 3rd.

5 stars for sure, Jason contacted me by phone letting me he was going to be earlier than anticipated if that was ok with me. After review of my door he provided all my options and took care of what I needed in a minimal amout of time. Cleaned up after and left literature for future reference. He was very personable and I would recommend Jason and Precision Door to family, friends, and co-workers.

Bill was excellent... arrived early to fix a garage door that was totally dysfunctional. In addition to replacing the electric eyes, he replaced and organized a rat's nest of wiring that had been there for years- thanks!

The tech who came out was very personnable. He explained what was wrong and gave me two options to fix my problem. I chose to have him fix the senor, I think thats what he called it andI needed two new remotes. All is working fine. He did a great job.
