We chose Precision because they had fixed the operator system in our garage two years earlier. We have had no issues thus far, and thought we would contact them again. The coil/springs in our door broke on Friday night. Precision came out as soon as they could to fix the door and get things working correctly again. I appreciated the courtesy of Paul, our technician, and his friendly manner with my sons and dogs. He did a great job!

After I knocked my garage door off its track I thought I would be in for an expensive repair and have to take time off work to be home for it. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I called and the company said they could have someone to my home within the hour, on a Sunday no less, and there was no additional charge for weekends. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Paul telling me he was on his way. He arrived shortly after that, fixed my problem and had the door working, less than 2 hours after I initially called. That is what I call service and I highly recommend this company.

I had Matt at my home for problems I was having opening and closing my garage door. While he initially thought that the unit was malfunctioning and he went thru a series of troubleshooting procedures until he located the issue, he never lost his cool even though it was very hot and humid. Matt was courteous and genuinely concerned about not leaving my home until I was 100% satisfied with the repairs he had made. I have had Matt at my home before and would recommend him to family and to my neighbors as someone you can trust which is really important to me. Matt is truly an asset to Precision Door.

Our installer, Paul, was very diligent and personable. He explained what he would do and how long it would take and he did an excellent job. Upon completion he showed us the work you done and how to operate the garage doors. Everything worked flawlessly. My only complaint was that Paul was late due to mechanical issues with his vehicle. I would've appreciated a call from the office letting me know this would be the case since I had to take time off work. When I did call the office the receptionist was unaware of the issue and, unfortunately, somewhat unconcerned about my complaint.

I am very pleased with the service and product provided by Precision Door Service. Our door broke a day before going on vacation and their response was excellent. We eventually purchased a new door rather than repairing our old door; we realized the door was on its last legs. Lo and behold, the new door was installed before we returned home! We are very impressed with the quality of work; everything is level, runs smooth, and new weather stripping was installed on the outside-very well done! Finally, the old door and rails were hauled away as they said they would. Nice job Precision Door, I will definitely recommend you to others should they need a garage door serviced or replaced.

I was very impressed with Jason's work ethic and congeniality. He installed the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener rapidly. He also installed new door rollers and cleaned up the area very well. My only concern was that neither he nor I, after he left, could get my 2000 Toyota Avalon built-in remote to work. I look forward to many years of trouble free and quiet garage door operation.

Our technician, Bill Adamini, was superb. He installed temporary springs to replace our broken ones so that we could use our garage while waiting for our new doors. Installation was fast and clean. And our new doors look great!

My garage door came off the rails of the opener mechanism. My technician Anthony was very quick and responsive, accurately diagnosing the problem and fixed it, even over the holiday weekend. When a secondary problem arose he quickly determined what the problem was and fixed that as well. The guarantee that came with the fix is great. Thanks!

Hello, Anthony Wise came and installed a new garage opener at my house on 7/1/2013 at approx 9:10. It was late but he didn't mind doing the work. He was very pleasant and explained the difference between the 2 garage door openers he had on his truck. Once I decided he went to work. He apologized because it took longer than expected. Here it was at 10:20pm and he is apologizing to me because it was taking him longer than he thought it would. I told him nothing ever goes right and I appreciated him doing this so late. When he was done he helped my roommate program her car for the remote. It took him no time at all to figure it out. It was very refreshing to have a service technician that was pleasant, happy and more than willing to go above and beyond what his job was. He is an asset to your company. I have used another company for my garage needs but have recently been very unhappy with the services they have been providing. With the pleasant experience that Anthony conveyed on behalf of your company, you have a new customer. I did not receive an assessment card but wanted to express how pleased I was with Anthony. Our garage door spring and cables broke on a Saturday at 11:00 am, the day before we were hosting a family picnic. I found Precision through the internet and was able to book an appointment for later that afternoon. An email was received prior to the appointment with a picture of the technician that would be coming to our house. There was a coupon on the website that provided a free service call. Jason, a very personable and knowledgeable technician, showed up early and completed the whole job in less than an hour. And we got a lifetime warranty on the spring and cables. Precision is one first class company and helped make our weekend. I highly recommend Precision.

I choose Precision based on the ratings from the BBB and of hearing the name probably from local home improvement shows. The spring broke and Anthony came out and suggested at the cost of the spring I probably should replace the whole door, in which, because of it's age and knowing I've had wires replaced already, snow coming in the crakes in winter, I agreed. Anthony took the time twice to show me my choices. Ryan came and installed the door to perfection. Ryan's ease and talking me though what he was doing was excellent. The door looks fantastic if I may so so myself. Oh, your web page of employees is really a nice feature, set's a sense of ease right from the start.
