I have used Precision Door for 7 years and had a new door installed, service on the sensors and now new rollers. I wasn't sure if the new rollers would reduce the noise and the technician was honest about what effect new rollers would have given the age of the motor. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money or just have the door serviced. He was honest and completed the work quickly and honored my coupon. I will call Precision again if I have any issues with my garage door.

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision about 2:00 and someone was at my house by 4:00. Mitch and Tom were my technician's and they were both wonderful. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Precision to everyone. It is a shame more companies do not operate like this one.

I was a new home owner and had some issues with my garage door. Jeffrey Ware the owner came over to my house himself and took VERY good care of me. I got a great deal and my problem was fixed within 1 hour. Precision Door does it right and their professionals will take extremely good care of you. If you live in Cleveland and need a Garage company there is no doubt you should turn to Precision Door!!!!!!

Mitch was my technician. He did an excellent job with the repair fo cables for my garage door. He was very courteous, and gave excellent customer service. Matt previously repaired our garage springs but soon after we had an issue with the garage opener so we purchased the Liftmaster. Matt told us about this product during his initial visit. We were planning to make the purchase in late summer but ended up doing it sooner. Matt was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He even came back afterwards to install a master link on the chain. It was a pleasure doing business with Matt and we would recommend him to others. Hope all your technicians are as good as Matt. Mitch won my confidence when he first came to check on a possible repair/new install. His focus on solving the customer problem and listening to my needs/requirements helped me decide that the overall quality and customer care during installation outweighed price alone. My 50 plus year old garage door would not open at 6 am and I had to be down in Columbus for a meeting by 11am. Brad worked me into the beginning of his day on an emergency and was very helpful. He somehow found a way to get the garage door open and get my car out of the garage. He was so helpful and I was able to make it to Columbus in time. I am getting a new garage door through Brad and not calling anyone else for a quote. The service I was given by Precision and Brad has made me a customer for life.
