Matt was terrific! Two days before we were hosting a big family event at our home, our garage door finally gave out. It was stuck open at a precarious angle. Matt came out straight away, assessed the situation, and assured us he would be out the next day to install a new door. No pushy sales pitch -- just a great conversation and a solution to our problem! Matt worked late on a Friday evening to get the job done! What a champ! Professional, courteous, and fast. Based on this experience -- both with the appointment scheduler and Matt -- I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend Precision!

All the work was done quite well. I would make one comment.. I think technician should also be trained on electrical work as there are cases where a new electrical outlet might be need to connect the opener and maintain overall asthetic of the area.

Matt was terrific! A couple of days before a party at our home,our garage door finally gave out - and it was stuck open on a precarious angle. Ugh!We had heard great things about Precision and so we called to get an estimate on a replacement. In no time, Matt was at our home, assessed the situation and offered to come back the next afternoon to install a new door. Matt was courteous, professional, and fast. He worked late on a gorgeous Friday afternoon to finish the job and we were so grateful to have our garage back in shape before our guests arrived. We'll be calling Matt back this fall to install a garage door opener. Would we recommend Precision? We already have! Thanks so much!

Our garage door first refused to open at 8:00 one evening. By noon the next day, Mitch from Precision had completely rebuilt the door for us. He appeared promptly on time, was couteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I found Precision on Angie's List, where it was very highly rated. In my opinion, Precision deserves all the accolades it receives. This probably is not the cheapest door service it is possible to find, but it worth every cent you pay for it.

Having fallen victim to a broken garage door torsion spring, I contacted Precision Door on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. In the 90+ degree heat, Brad showed up and happily / quickly fixed me up with a new spring and support bar in what seemed like only a few minutes. In this day and age when no one seems to have enough spare time, and other repairmen and contractors turn away work or repeatedly fail to keep their appointments, I would recommend Precision Door to anyone seeking timely and affordable repair for their garage doors.

We knew we had a broken garage door spring (torsion spring). When Bill A. came out, he showed me that we had more than just a 'spring' problem---actually several parts needed to be replaced because they were wearing out or already broken (such as the 'shaft'). We were dismayed the whole job cost more than $900, however, our existing parts were over 30 years old, so it was time. The springs cost a LOT more here in Cleveland than they did in L.A. when I had my garage door springs replaced by Precision. I was also dismayed when the door refused to go down in the early afternoon (the same day the parts were replaceed) and I had to have Bill A. come back again to make an adjustment. My brother, who is an electrician, came over in the afternoon before Bill returned and he (my brother) actually determined what the problem was and made the adjustment (to the sensor).

I was extremely pleased by the quick, professional & courteous service provided by Brad at Precision. One of our 2 garage doors literally just fell down and was hanging precariously by the springs and attachment to the opener. He took his time assessing the problem and explained everything in detail, answering all questions. In addition to function, my main concern with our older garage doors was safety...Brad looked over both doors and gave his recommendation, as the one that hadn't fallen down could have at any time. He made all repairs that day & the doors are working better & more quietly than they ever have in our 8 years at our home. Most importantly, they are safe for our family. We would highly recommend Precision.

Al was quick to respond, evaluating the situation first and then following up to replace the 20 year old openers, rollers and remotes. Everything worked great the first time and the doors are so quite now when they open and close. Great job Al!!

As advertise Precision Door delivered the quality service outline in the video on there web page. I was quoted a price upfront and there was on hidden cost. The service technician Bill Adamini was on time and was able to resolve the problem in 20 minutes. He explained everything and took extra care in making sure the Garage Door was adjusted properly. All and all I would definely recommend Precision Door's price and service to a friend.

Al was great, he got my garage door fixed and also explained some additional things that could be done to prolong the life of the door and what options I would have once the door had reached the end of its life. Bill Adamini was prompt, patiently provided full explanations without pressure sales tactics, worked efficiently, and did it all with a warm smile that reflected pride & quality in his work and the company he represents.
