Had a wonderful experience with Precision. I called 3 companies to get an estimate on a new door and Precision was the only one that came out on a Saturday and gave us an estimate. We had a new door in 3 days. Ryan was nice, friendly and explained what he would recommend but also stated it was up to us what we wanted. When Ryan came to install the door again was polite and friendly and did a great job! Our door looks great! I would recommend to family and friends.

Matt was very professional at his job he helped me when i told him I was interested in purchasing an opener.He told me of the difference between chain and belt drive.I purchased on angie's list the door tuneup.Matt did both jobs for me in about 2hrs.He cleaned up after he was done [no little screws on floor].Precision was very quick in responding,I called on Monday they were out on Tuesday.Thank you for a job well done.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the prompt and courteous service we received from Eric Kirby, our Technichian/Installer. At the initial call it was determined that our 10+ yr old Genie opener would cost more to repair than purchasing a new opener. I did not feel as if I was being sold "a bill of goods", as I have a background in electronics, and the thorough testing done by Eric satisfied me. The liftmaster opener that we selected was installed by Eric the following Monday, as agreed, and I was impressed with how quickly and expertly the job was done. I was given thorough instructions on the equipment and the warranty. We were able to take advantage of discount coupons found on the main website and Facebook to reduce our cost, which was a pleasant bonus! All-in-all it was a great experience. I would recommend both the company and Eric kirby to anyone in need of garage door work. The new opener is MUCH quieter than our old Genie!

Service knowledge received was wonderful. Al was very polite and truthful with me regarding my old garage door. I just needed a new lock, but informed I really needed a new door due to the one I have is obsolete and not repairable. Although I am on a limited fixed income, I was not able to purchase a new door at this time! But believe me when I acquired my new home Al will be the first person I contact to inspect and give me the real deal of my garage door and home doors too!

When Bill Adamini called, my husband was not home yet. When I told him the problem with the garage door, he responded professionally yet spoke like we were old friends. On arriving he went over all the check points with me and explained and showed, in detail, what needed to be replaced anjd also about the warranty. He is very informative. After given the cost, I chose the garage door to be rebuilt. When my husband arrived they spoke alone. We both agreed he acted professionally yet friendly and outgoing. He has knowledgeo of his job and worked on the door until it passed his inspection and ours. He is conscientious and definitely an asset to Precision Garage Door. I found the super coupon on Angie's List for a garage door checkup with new rollers for $99. It couldn't have come at a better time since my opener wasn't working right. Matt was able to make it work in a matter of minutes and changed out the old steel rollers with new nylon rollers in nothing flat, lubed everything and gave me good advice on what my door will probably need in the near future. I will be calling Precision for anything my garage door needs. Totally satisfied.
