The technician Matt Petroff did an outstanding job ! He was very personable, compassionate about his job, thorough in his explanation of the services available & most importantly he fixed the problem with our garage door ! Immediately, Matt made me feel comfortable in our discussions of what could be wrong with our door without thinking he was trying to "rip" me off. There was no pressure from Matt to purchase something I didn't need at the moment but he was thorough on what I could be facing in a few years. When he finished the job, he was very clear that I could call his cell phone any time if another issue came up & he would try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone first. Job well done ! I found Precision while searching the web. There was no one thing in particular but I was impressed with their website. I phoned for repair and they lived up to everything promised. Great experience. Anthony the technician was very professional. He came to give me an estimate but was prepared to do the job. I gave him the okay an hour and a half later my door was as good as new. This was a very old heavy wood door that is now perfectly balanced and goes up and down very easily.

With a broken spring, it was great to get a same day repair. Being able to call in at 7:30am, before most services are even open, was also convenient. The website provides a lot of helpful information. Anthony was right on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgable, neat, and finished in 90 minutes. A la carte part replacement added up quickly, so we went with the rebuild. Although my garage door was the last thing I wanted to spend money on, I feel like the higher quality parts have added value to our home.

Great Service! Bill arrived promptly as he indicated in his cell phone reminder. He gave me the estimate I wanted yet after looking at the door while it was functioning also made suggestions Operation is much quieter and both remotes now work on the first try.

I am a member of Angies List and Precision has great reviews so I made an appointment because our spring busted on the garage door. Anthony Wise came and did a terrific job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. the product (springs) were so much better grade than what we had. He explained about the rebuild program and we decided to have him come back and do that and also replace weather strip on bottom. we would request Anthony again

After a power outage on Saturday, we had to manually open the garage door. It weighed a ton and wouldn't stay up. First of all, I was impressed to find online the name/photo of the represenatative who would be working at my home with a description of the truck, uniform, and badge I should expect to see. When you live alone, that is very reassuring. I appreciated the photo and reviews for Paul Broschk who did my work. Ths entire service started on time with a friendly call from Paul who arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional, considerate, and very patiet as he anwered my questions and explained how he would repair the issues I had with my garage door springs and track. When the time comes to entirely replace the door, I will definitely contact this company and possibly Paul once more.

We called Precision to fix our garage door that would not open. The technician was super especially since the door decided to open just when the tech was approaching the closed door.
