Very quick response time after I called. Both Bill and Duane made the repair fast and easy. They offered an upgraded package at a special rate but were not pushy when I declined. Al came to do the look at the job and to give me an estimate.(Bill did the actual installation which is on a different review). The time for his arrival was to be between 2 and 4 and he showed up at 2:05, which saved me a lot of time. He was very courteus and professional and gave a complete and accurate estimate for cost and installation ( you were able to install a day earlier which was great). I would reccomend him to anyone.

I couldn't believe that you were willing to schedule a same-day service (as it was, I asked for the next day). Not only was Matt, your technician, here on time, he actually called to see if he could come sooner -- a welcome change from service providers who say they'll be over between noon and four and show up at five.

Brad did a beautiful job. He rebuilt our garage door. We had been worried that the door could fall on our car because the opener was rattling and appeared loose at the wall. He also showed us the rusted plates at the bottom, which of course he replaced in the process of rebuilding. Thank you Brad, it was a pleasure having you do the work and show us what was happening. We will certainly call Precision should we need any future work.

Great job! My garage doors were making a great deal of noise and I was not sure if I needed to replace or what. Precision came out and evaluated the problems and did the necessary maintenence and now the doors are really quiet. They also gave me the age of the doors and the age and quality of the openers and what changes and maintenece I might want to consider in the future. They were very professional and thank you for the quiet.

One of the cables on my garage door broke on a Sunday. I was very pleased that there was no extra charge for sending a technician out on a Sunday.I also appreciated the email including a photo of the scheduled tech. Ryan was very professional. He phoned and asked if he could arrive early, which was great! He recommended a rebuild rather than just replacing the broken cable, and since my garage door hadn't been serviced since I bought it in 1997, I agreed. It was more than I had hoped to spend, but I liked the guarantee. The only thing that stopped me from giving your company 5 stars is that I wish I had been told about the coupon on your website that would have waived the cost of the service call since I was spending way more in excess of $100. Your company did honor the half off the service fee coupon I had from Angie's list, but excellent customer service would have been to suggest your own coupon since the rebuild was $650, way in excess of the $100 service the coupon required. Ryan did the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He was very friendly and courteous.

WOW! 24 hour service at no extra charge! That captured my attention in the Yellowbook. I also liked going on the internet to see the picture and bio on the serviceman coming out to my house late at night. I was not disappointed with the serviceman. The truck was marked well and he had identification on. Bill Adamini was very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything well so I could understand the problem. I had 6 options to pick from and Bill explained each one in detail. Bill went above and beyond the normal expectation of a sales/repair technician in performing his job. Because of my handicap, Bill offered to do several things for me (like going up the stairs for the detergent) which was extremely appreciated. I have already told several people about the fantastic service I received from Bill. Since my new garage door would take 3 days to come in, he came back the next day to replace several parts (spring and hardware) so that I could get my car out of the garage. Bill is very well trained and has a super personality!

Our garage door spring broke Saturday morning. We were clueless what to do. We looked up garage repair online and your company came up. The lady on the phone was great, and an hour later the technician was there. He was professional and competent. He had the garage door fixed in less than an hour. The price we were quoted was exactly what we paid. Would use this company again.
