Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. I can tell that Brandon is astute and willing to go the extra mile. Tony is on top of his game. Good bunch of guys at your company. And now I've met three of them. Good luck over the years to come. Precision has serviced us with excellent workmanship and honest follow-up on their lifetime warranty. My original service with Precision was in 2007 and had cables go bad three times since then (this is 2013. Precision has stood behind their warranty and replaced the cables with no charge. The service technicians have always been professional and right on the mark with the repair. My last call was not cable related and the technician Matt Petroff honed in on the problem immediately. He is a very professional person with a compassion for his work. I will ask for him in the future if needed. Also I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to my friends if and when they are in need of Precision's service.

Paul came to check out my broken spring and noted that my door was damaged as well, and advised that I replace the door rather than just the spring. As this was really my only place to keep a car, Paul also went out of his way to make sure he could get the door installed the next day! Paul did a great job in my tiny little garage, making sure the door hung level and was attached to studs, unlike my old door. Thank you for taking care of me!

Matt was very responsive to my needs of what needed to be done.He took time to fix the problem & was very courteous.He also took the time to explain to me about a potential problem which could have been very serious.that is replacing the door rollers.He said the could break at any time since the garage was 16 years old.I had the work done on his advise and was pleased at the very quick time to do the repair.Overall I was very happy with the whole experience with Precision.
