Precision was one of serveral companies that we had give us a quote for our new garage door and opener. Precision gave us the best and friendliest services. Matt Petroff was both our saleman and service tech. He was very professonal and extremely patient and friendly. Matt explained how everything worked and we have a lifetime warranty on our door,opener, and all parts. We had lots of questions, post-services,for Matt,which he patiently answered. WOW!~!!!!!

Had a broken spring on my door. Called Precision and they were here within 1 hour to repair. Anthony Wise did a great job and advised me on other problems with my door so we took care of that at the same time. Anthony was very polite and friendly and also very knowledgable. He completed the job quickly and was very thorough. Nice to see him dressed in a uniform as well. Overall I would give him and Precision an A++

The door was installed on May 2nd. The following Wed I was having trouble with the door not going down. Bill came out to fix the one problem. the following day I still had the same problem. Anthony came out and looked at my door in a different way. He found where the door had a stress point and solved the problem,hopefully. His customer service is excellent and explained the issue to my understanding. He has a wonderful attitude toward his work and shows it through his communication with the customer. I was not expecting to have Ryan come out to service my new garage door opener seeing whereas it is not even 90 days old yet. However, he did come out and resolved the loud squeaking noise which was heard only when the opener is clicked to open, but is quiet when clicked to close. So far the problem is fixed for now.Thank you.
