Where do I start, your web page provided me with all I needed to know about the different garage door motors, how the whole garage system works. When Paul Broschk arrived at my home I already had a photo of him thanks again to your e-mail sent to me prior to his arrival. Let me just say I hate spending money for repairs. I thought I was going to spend about $200.00 for a Spring replacement, but ended up spending more. Because of Paul taking his time to go over every part of my garage safety inspection and pointing out what was needed. I was given three options and went with the best option. My family safety is very important to me. Paul was not just about the job, but he was very caring and knew his job. He cleaned up after himself and went over everything he replaced and its function. He is very easy to talk to and was more than helpful. I will call on and refer friends and family to Precision Door and I will have them ask for Paul, that's how good and friendly he was. I plan to do business with you all in the future when I need a motor replaced. Thanks again, there is nothing like a working garage door and to know I have 24/7 service. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and I thought for sure that I would have to wait until Monday to have it repaired. I immediately looked in the Yellow Pages to locate a repair company that I felt I could trust to do a good job. I was surprised to see that Precision did not charge extra for weekend repairs and they even offered a discount on the service call. I contacted them and they were able to schedule service for me the next day (Sunday). Once the appointment was booked they emailed me a confirmation with the name and a picture of the serviceman that would be doing the repair. I happy that they would give me the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming to my home the next day. I was very impressed with the service that Bill Adamini gave me. He diagnosed my problem within minutes showing me not only that my spring needed to be replaced, but he also pointed out concerns he had for future problems I will encounter. He reviewed my options and answered all my questions before I decided on the items that I decided to have him replace. He serviced and replaced everything that I needed. He cleaned up and explained the lifetime guarantee that is offered by Precision on their parts and service. I am happy to recommend Precision to anyone that needs work done right the first time on their garage door repair needs. I also recommend that you ask for Bill Adamini when you schedule an appointment. He really knows his job. My wife and I had Precision out to our house to help us with our garage door opener. It was an excellent experience! First of all, we called and they were able to come the very next day. The technician, Zoran, called before he came to make sure we were ready. Second, he inspected not just the opener, but all the parts and pieces of the garage door. I am not very good with mechanical things, but that didn't matter, Zoran explained everything to us in terms that we could comprehend. He made my wife and I aware of everything that was going on. He explained why were having the problem we were and how to properly fix it. He was extremely professional and at the same time made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It didn't seem as though he was just glancing at things and trying to sell us a big ticket item. We ended up getting a new opener and new parts for the door as well, but I knew why I needed them! Zoran explained why the decision we made was good from a safety standpoint and that the safety of our children was important. He worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. I would absolutely recommend anyone with garage issues to call! Very refreshing to feel like a company really cares about you as a customer!!

Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. I can tell that Brandon is astute and willing to go the extra mile. Tony is on top of his game. Good bunch of guys at your company. And now I've met three of them. Good luck over the years to come.
