I have an old garage door which we were able to save. I went with Precision because a friend, Sue Hanley, is a neighbor of owner and trusted/recommended the service. I was amazed how quickly service was scheduled and performed. I also was impressed with Technician Ryan Freeman's skill level, promptness, patience and professionalism. I felt the bill was higher than expected compared to work other friends have had done, but I like lifetime warranty and fact Ryan didn't try to oversell me. Worked with what we could save. Five star all the way.

I chose Precision because friend, Sue Hanley, recommended the company because she knows and trusts owner Jim Boland. I called after 5 pm on a Thurs, worried this might not be fixable by wkend, but then discovered no extra fees for wkend service, but a wonderful, informed, skilled technician Ryan Freeman came on Fri afternoon and installed new products on a very cold day. My system was very old but he didn't push new parts and allowed me to make decisions. He patiently showed me new features and everything works great and we saved the old door itself. Like other reviews on line, I felt service is expensive, but hard to complain w a lifetime warranty and prompt, curitious, efficient service. Certainly a 5-star rated company in my estimation.

This company excels! Technician Jason was on time, informative, personal; he explained what problems I had (and those still developing) so I understood what was needed. Installation was impeccable; price was reasonable. This company is on Angie's List...and deserves to be. Every step of the process of getting service measures heads above any previous company I've used. In future, will go back to Precision and ask for Jason! Also...company website posts technicians' photos so you know who is coming into your garage. GREAT idea (first company I've found to do so.) You'll be more than satisfied. I am.

Dear Precision, I have to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with your company and technician today. It is a saturday morning and the garage cable was broken so we were unable to open the garage. I called Action Doors,who has serviced us before, and they wanted $105.00 for the first 15 minutes. I decided to call Precision and give your company a try. I'm glad I did, you were 1/2 the price,knowledgable, and polite. The tech. offered to fix just the cable but showed us what was going wrong with the doors and informed us of the proper fix to do. We did not want anymore trouble so we put in a new garage door opener. The tech worked very hard and put the new system up and even swept our garage floor. Thank you Jim for your nice service. Matt installed my door initially, and as back then, explained what he was going to do to correct the problem. They replaced the opener, flat out, because it didn't want to work. They stand behind their product which makes me so glad that I chose Precision. Also, when Jim Kouri was here yesterday, he was not afraid to admit that he wasn't sure why the door wouldn't respond. He called Brad Buzzelli, who had been here last time this happened to ask for assistance. I like how all the members of this company work as a team, and ask each other for assistance. Serviceman showed up promptly at scheduled time. Very professional. Explained all our options. We ended up purchasing the liftmaster 8550. My only negative and certainly does not reflecr on Matt was in looking at he options I did not realize it would be an extra charge to hook our opener to the internet which I would have liked. Other than that very happy with this company.

Jim did a terrific job, my garage door broke over the weekend and I saw your add through Google, I saw that you were listed with the BBB and Angie's list so I called. The phone rep was very nice and was able to schedule a same day appointment with a call ahead. Jim arrived on time and explained the problem, suggested the repairs that needed and told me the price. The young man showed up at the time I was told he would be here, there was actually nothing wrong with my door. It seemed to be sluggish due to the extreme cold temps out lately. He did explain all of the components that make a garage door opener work and their function. Also what I should be aware of to know if there is a problem. Afterward, he made a few minor adjustments to the door and was on his way. I appreciate the explanations in terms I understand. All of my dealings with this company have had positive results!

The technician was quick to diagnose the problem with our opener. He presented his diagnosis to our home warranty company allowing us to receive reimbursement for the cost of the repair. We chose to apply this reimbursement toward the purchase of a new opener. The installation was done quickly and neatly. We received instructions on the use of the opener.
