On Monday November 14, 2012 I was referred by a friend to have your company make repairs on my garage. I called and I was informed a Service Technnician would respond between the hours of 2-4pm. Within minutes of speaking with your service representative, I received a call from Jeffery Ware. Mr. Ware stated he was in the area and could be at my residence within the hour. He arrived within the hour, I explained what issue I was having with my garage and Mr. Ware inspected the area and informed me of a cable problem. Upon explaining what needed to be done and cost, Mr. Ware proceeded to fix my garage and I could not be more satisfied with the work performed! I thanked Mr. Ware for his response and resolution to my problem. I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

We are very pleased with the work we received. Our doors were rebuilt with the lifetime warranty.That is so important for us.Our garage doors are basically our front door especially since we do not have a service door from the garage.They are heavily used each day with having 2 dogs. Before he quoted any replacements and/or repairs, he would show me exactly what was wrong. Considering I did not expect so much work to be done to my garage doors, I was pleased that Precision's vans are completely out-fitted with everything needed for a "one-stop, one-time job. Bill was able to come earlier then the scheduled appointment was original set, which worked out Great... gave an estimated time of completion that it would take and finished 10 minutes ahead of that time, explained what he was doing as he did it, and he reinforced the track on the garage door to make it more stable. The plan is to tell my friends about my situation and to recommend "Bill from Precision Door Service" as the guy to call if they ever need anything repaired on their garge door. Oh for this job Bill should really get a bigger commission.

we are very satisfied with the work the technician performed..he was knowledgable and friendly and the door works much better. my only complaint is that the technician was a no show for our first appt and we weren't notified that he wasn't coming til we called to check why no one came. i understand things come up and there are emergencies (our wasn't) but a phone would have been nice to inform us and to reschedule the job.

I found your number on the website and called. I was set up with an appointment right away and Eric came to assess the problem. He was punctual, courteous and fixed the door that afternoon. He replaced the spring, the rollers, the pulleys, the cables, pretty much everything but the door itself! I am very pleased with the work and my garage door has never worked this well! Very quick response time after I called. Both Bill and Duane made the repair fast and easy. They offered an upgraded package at a special rate but were not pushy when I declined. Al came to do the look at the job and to give me an estimate.(Bill did the actual installation which is on a different review). The time for his arrival was to be between 2 and 4 and he showed up at 2:05, which saved me a lot of time. He was very courteus and professional and gave a complete and accurate estimate for cost and installation ( you were able to install a day earlier which was great). I would reccomend him to anyone.
