I decided to try Precision after reading all the reviews on Angie's List. I do not regret my decision. One can find less expensive companies to do this kind of work, but Precision is all about quality. And don't forget the lifetime warranty on their parts. My technician, Bill, came on time. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and let me know his analysis and all my options. He recommended certain things without pushing or trying to upsell. He informed me and allowed me to make a decision. In addition to the new opener (with remotes and keypads), I had a complete door refurbish done (springs, cables, rollers, etc.). In a few years when I consider a new door, I will definitely call Precision.

The technician, Paul, gave me a courtesy call when he was 15 minutes away which was right around the time they were supposed to send someone. Paul was very good at explaining everything that needed done and was professional throughout the entire garage door repair. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Repair to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Tech was honest, knowledgeable and came back a second time when his first solution did not work 100% perfectly. Now my door is fixed and tech gave me his cell phone in case any other problems return. I would recommend you guys to anyone.

I got a friendly, prompt estimate and no pressure to "decide right now or I can't give you our good price." Instead Jason was understanding that I needed to number crunch in my own head and consult with an out of town spouse.

Bill came in and replaced our broken garage door opener. He came in and recommended what was needed gave expert advise regarding what he thought we needed. He replaced and installed our garage door motor in a little over an hour then walked me through the features and warranties. He also took the time to tighten grease the hinges of the garage door. Quality job all around.

Jason arrived right at the scheduled time (around 8am). I explained I wanted the yearly inspection (lubrication,etc) and a minor problem the door was having. He lowered the tracts and releveled the door, and a couple of other minor adjustments and now the garage door is working very well. He explained everything he did. Will call again next year or anytime I have a problem.

Initially the garage door was mis-measured,but once the problem was recognized, Precision personnel did everything they could to correct it. Ryan, who installed the door was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I was surprised with was that when the final sidings were added to the door frame, they were not caulked to seal them. I will have to buy some caulking to get that piece completed.I was very pleased with the professionalism of Precision

Service needed: New Cables, new Wheels/Hinges, new Door Track, tuned the door opener motor. I chose PGD for their services and feedback. 24hr call anytime, open 7 days a week and even make night runs if need be, to get you to work the next morning. Jason was my technician and lived up to his reputation of showing up early (around 7:45 on an 8-11am schedule). This was excellent as it allows me to get to work in the garage sooner. He was also very friendly to my dogs as well as admiring the hot rods in the driveway and garage. He immediately went to work explaining everything to me. He made the work look easy but assured it takes years to do so. I'd recommend Jason again for any future garage door needs. Thanks PGD and thanks Jason for being prompt.
