I called yesterday regarding an intermittent problem with my garage door opener and today have the quietest and smoothest garage door operation in our development. Bill Adamini was very professional in his explanation of what my problem was, and also what could be done o solve it. There was no pressure on his part and I felt very comfortable in making my decisions of what I wanted done. He then proceeded in a manner that made me I was getting a very good, professional in all aspects. All the little details were attended to, the clean up was great, and I would recommend him and Precision Door Service to all my friends.

Paul was a rock star. He is an excellent technician and very well mannered. Excellent service. He not only serviced my broken spring and other necessary replacement parts, but also diligently explained how a garage door operates to my 2 children. Paul was a great teacher and the kids loved it. My son gathered some broken parts for his project about pulley's at school that is due in 2 days. Thank you very much Paul. My garage used to sound horrible before, after replacing the rollers, it is so smooth. I would recommend getting this replaced if you have a squeaky garage when you open and close. Overall 5 stars.

I had called just for the cable that snapped but due to further checking by the serviceman Bill there was more wrong than the cable that was damaged. Having discussed what it would cost to fix it was advisable to replace the door. Thanks for having men like Bill to help with my decision.
