Paul did an excellent job...explained why the door was not working properly, what our options were and how long it would take to install a new opener...he suggested we replace the rollers for a smooth and quiet operation...everything is in and working well...he mentioned that I would receive a receipt via e-mail for all the work done and the cost paid...as yet I haven,t received one...

Zoran called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me - I appreciated that call, his professionalism and his clear explanations of the problems and the solutions. After inspecting the door he explained what was good and not good about the different door parts on our door and let me make the decision about what parts to replace without any pressure. That Precision Door responds quickly, has a warranty, is very customer oriented and has professional repairmen is a very important asset.

First, they answer the phone, not a recording. Second, I was able to schedule a time for the next day that was convenient for me (not an emergency). Matt actually was there ahead of schedule and called to see if it would be ok, which was actually better for me. He was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. The spring broke on my garage door, snapped in half. Anthony the technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options. Bill did an awesome job with our garage door. Our old door broke while our cars were inside of the garage. We were in a bind with needing them to get out and quick. Anthony came out to the house to deal with an issue on the garage door. He was able to come to the house much earlier than originally scheduled. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the garage sensors, install new sensors and have the garage work properly. He also helped program a garage remote control. Overall great work and very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and good. The only negative about the whole experience was when he quoted me the job he said it was $549 installed. At the end of the job he added forty some dollars and said it was the service fee!!! When an installed price is given where did the service fee come about?
