I called yesterday using a Valu-Pak ad and Bill came promptly this morning. He was very polite. He kept me advised as he tested each part of the garage door. He installed a new opener and cable. He was able to easily answer each question I asked. He cleaned up all of his materials. He used his electronics for the receipt and billing with ease.
