I am a member of Angies List and Precision has great reviews so I made an appointment because our spring busted on the garage door. Anthony Wise came and did a terrific job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. the product (springs) were so much better grade than what we had. He explained about the rebuild program and we decided to have him come back and do that and also replace weather strip on bottom. we would request Anthony again

After a power outage on Saturday, we had to manually open the garage door. It weighed a ton and wouldn't stay up. I sent a request for service through Precision's website and was contacted almost immediately. Our garage door cables and springs were a disaster waiting to happen. Paul quickly identified the issues, explained everything to me, and went to work. I was impressed by his product knowledge, professionalism, and excellent service. First of all, I was impressed to find online the name/photo of the represenatative who would be working at my home with a description of the truck, uniform, and badge I should expect to see. When you live alone, that is very reassuring. I appreciated the photo and reviews for Paul Broschk who did my work. Ths entire service started on time with a friendly call from Paul who arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional, considerate, and very patiet as he anwered my questions and explained how he would repair the issues I had with my garage door springs and track. When the time comes to entirely replace the door, I will definitely contact this company and possibly Paul once more.

We called Precision to fix our garage door that would not open. The technician was super especially since the door decided to open just when the tech was approaching the closed door. He checked everything, told us it could possibly be a circuit breaking going bad.... I would call on Precision for sure next time we are in need or when we decide to install a new door. Bill was very professional when he arrived to install a new garage door opener. He did the work efficiently and to high standards. He tightened up a cable on the garage door and lubricated the door assembly as well. We had one minor unforseen issue (not related to the technician or install) and Bill has been great about getting back to us in a timely fashion and taking care of it. Overall very satisfied.

Zoran first worked to solve a tricky problem with my garage door, and then stayed for several hours to do a complete overhaul of my 50+ year old wooden garage door. Had a spring break on our garage door and Anthony came out to fix it. He immediately noticed other problems with the door which could lead to much more severe issues. He presented us with all our fix options and the price points for each. We quickly came to an agreement on what needs to be addressed. Anthony was done with the fix within an hour and the door is now working better than it did before. All along he was very friendly and professional.

Your technition was excellent. My problem was the motor which you did not put in. Paul did what he could and got my door working. THEN I printed out my invoice - YIKES - 8 pages. All I wanted was a reciept.

Called Precision to repair a broken spring. The technician, Zoran, did an inspection, fixed the spring, fine tuned the rollers and hinges,and made a few adjustments. He had the garage door running perfectly in a short time. Many thanks!
