I found about Precision Door through our membership with Angie's List. The technician, Anthony Wise, arrived early, after calling ahead to see if that was okay. He explained the company, its goals, and the issues with the garage door. My garage door came off the rails of the opener mechanism. My technician Anthony was very quick and responsive, accurately diagnosing the problem and fixed it, even over the holiday weekend. When a secondary problem arose he quickly determined what the problem was and fixed that as well. The guarantee that came with the fix is great. Thanks!

Hello, Anthony Wise came and installed a new garage opener at my house on 7/1/2013 at approx 9:10. It was late but he didn't mind doing the work. He was very pleasant and explained the difference between the 2 garage door openers he had on his truck. Once I decided he went to work. He apologized because it took longer than expected. Here it was at 10:20pm and he is apologizing to me because it was taking him longer than he thought it would. I told him nothing ever goes right and I appreciated him doing this so late. When he was done he helped my roommate program her car for the remote. It took him no time at all to figure it out. It was very refreshing to have a service technician that was pleasant, happy and more than willing to go above and beyond what his job was. He is an asset to your company. I have used another company for my garage needs but have recently been very unhappy with the services they have been providing. With the pleasant experience that Anthony conveyed on behalf of your company, you have a new customer. I did not receive an assessment card but wanted to express how pleased I was with Anthony. Thanks for the copy of the invoice as well.

Our garage door spring and cables broke on a Saturday at 11:00 am, the day before we were hosting a family picnic. I found Precision through the internet and was able to book an appointment for later that afternoon. An email was received prior to the appointment with a picture of the technician that would be coming to our house. There was a coupon on the website that provided a free service call. Jason, a very personable and knowledgeable technician, showed up early and completed the whole job in less than an hour. And we got a lifetime warranty on the spring and cables. Precision is one first class company and helped make our weekend. I highly recommend Precision.

I choose Precision based on the ratings from the BBB and of hearing the name probably from local home improvement shows. The spring broke and Anthony came out and suggested at the cost of the spring I probably should replace the whole door, in which, because of it's age and knowing I've had wires replaced already, snow coming in the crakes in winter, I agreed. Anthony took the time twice to show me my choices. Ryan came and installed the door to perfection. Ryan's ease and talking me though what he was doing was excellent. The door looks fantastic if I may so so myself. Oh, your web page of employees is really a nice feature, set's a sense of ease right from the start.

Selected Precision Door primarily because of good reviews on Angie's List. Called and got an appointment for the same day and was given a time window for the service. The service technician, Matt Petroff, called ahead and gave me a more exact arrival time. Matt was on time, courteous, and professional. He told me what the problems were with my garage door and explained to me all the repair options available to me and the associated costs, from fixing the immediate problems to doing a complete rebuild of the important components of the door. Matt did a good job of fixing my garage door and now it works great.

We were having problems with our garage door. Precision was able to get us an appointment with a technician within 2 days. Matt called and asked if he could come early, which was actually much better for me. He was prompt, courteous, very professional, and helpful. This morning my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. I called you around 9:00 AM to see if someone could come today and was given an appointment 12:00 to 3:00. Less than 2 hrs later your technician, Zoran,called to ask if it was OK to arrive early which I appreciated. After reviewing my problem door, he clearly explained my options. I chose the complete overhaul since my garage door is old and many parts were wearing out. Zoran was knowledgeable, polite and thorough in completing the repairs. Thank you.
