I had an ancient Genie opener on its last legs and a track that was off kilter enough that the door opener couldn't fully lift or lower my solid wood garage door. A different vendor had tried to adjust the track but only made the problem worse. Precision installed a new opener, tweaked the track position and cleaned up the workspace. I am happy to have a working door again and was pleased with Precision's service.

Hi there Jason Schwarz did a wonderful job fixing our garage door and Barbara Flavors Mother) and the Son David Snell were very happy of the results of the repair of garage door, but I have a one more question to ask is when a repair person finishes a job is that person suppose to give you a receipt. Replaced springs and installed Liftmaster opener.Technician was very professional in the demonstration of all phase of the repairs and installation. He was efficient and very helpful of questions I had.Fast and courteous.

We were very satisfied with our service. Ryan made sure to call ahead and confirm his arrival time. He showed up right when he said he would. I was very impressed how quickly Ryan was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution that worked with our budget. He performed the work within 90 minutes as promised. Nothin' but "HIGH FIVES" for the work performed by "Brotha Matt"! I required service for a broken spring & at the same time asked to have a new garage door opener installed. Matt arrived on time and in approx. three hours time he had replaced two springs and installed the opener. VERY PROFESSIONAL work. My garage doors have never sounded better - a customer for life...

I am going to wait to give you my review, as I'm not 100% sure yet. Matt was great. BUT, he was here on Tuesday it is now Friday and after emailing your company and calling I still have NOT received my invoice which I was supposed to get the day of service. The email works because I got my appt. confirmation,this feedback email and an automated email. Although this may seem trite it is now bordering on irritating. After spending nearly $1,400, I feel a receipt would be nice for my records. So far the door is working great and I hope to send in a 5 star review for your technicians' sake.

I cannot say enough good things about Precision. Bill Adamini was amazing! I had to have a new garage door installed and Bill was educated, professional and never pushy. I felt extremely comfortable and confident that I made the right choice with having Precision and Bill handle the install. I was always made aware of arrival time, which is so helpful when working full time. I was able to meet Bill at my house, and have the install taken care of within 2 days of my first call. My new door looks fantastic. The work Bill performed is outstanding. He was organized, on top of his game, and cleaned up when the job was completed. I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone I can, and I will definitely use them again for any future situations. Needless to say I was impressed and my faith was restored in customer service, and affordable home repair. Job well done. Thank you!!

This is the second time I used your service. I was happy with the service the first time; and again, I was very happy this time too. Your tech was due between 8a-10am; he called me 8:13am and was here by 8:30am. He was professional and courteous and very polite. He got right to it and fixed the chain on the garage door opener. Then helped me reset my outdoor keypad. Again, excellent service provided, couldn't ask for better. I would recommend your company to others.

Matt was really helpful and he even showed up about 45 minutes prior to my appointment time (a call was made to make sure it was alright) which was ok with me.
