I was in a panic when my garage door would not open and I had to leave to get my granddaughter from preschool. Once again Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Long story short - Precision Technician Zoran had serviced my lousy craftsman door opener (sidebar-never buy a sears opener, they are junk) and had told me it may not last long. Well it didn't and when it didn't open on a freezing cold morning, I called him and he was at my house in 2 hours and had installed a lift master system in about an hour. My new opener is 1000 times quieter than my junkie craftsman and has MYQ technology. The level of service and honesty is something you don't see much nowadays. I would highly recommend them and will always refer them to anyone who needs garage door service.

Called on Saturday AM for immediate repair. Very pleased to ear that there was no extra cost for coming out on a Saturday. Another company quoted me an additional $50. I was very impressed with the emial confirmation and that the service tech changed and I received a call confirming that before he came out. He was amazing. Precision has my business moving forward. Used your ad in the AT&T Yellow Pages. The add was clear and concise and your ability to service on the weekends was a determining factor. I would rate your 2 full page add a 5..! As for the work done, Bill Adamini was personable, polite, respectful to property and informative. He completed the work needed in 90 minutes. While I was not prepared to put out over $1,000, I feel very confident that Precision will stand behind their work and warranty. I have one minor concern and that is that the garage door is not closing EVERY time. There is a small bump in the track that Bill & I addressed, and I will give this a week to work itself out. If it still persists in a week, I will call Bill to have it adjusted.......

Zoran Jovanovic was my technician. He was courteous and professional. At first, I worried that he was doing more than necessary, but when the job was completed, it was obvious that he had done exactly what was needed. I have two single doors, and will request that he come back in the spring and rebuild the other door. I will recommend this company (and Zoran in particular) to all of my friends.

I'm impressed with the service! It's about 10 degrees outside this morning and yet your service tech (Bill) greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on repairing my garage door. He fixed the door and did a safety inspection. He pointed out a couple things that need to be taken care -- and he did this without a heavy sales pitch. I'll definitely call you again and recommend you to friends and family.

Precision provided me with an email naming my technician and identifying him by picture and bio minutes after making the appointment. Paul arrived promptly in a Precision truck, Precusuib labled clothing and ID, listened to my concerns and went right to work diagnosing my problem. He also provided me with options for future consideration and the rationale for such suggestions. There was no upsell pressure and his demeanor was friendly and reassuring. I am impressed with Precision from my first view of the home page to the wave goodbye to Paul as he drove away!
