This was a WOW. Just moved into town and have had multiple services and technicians at my home. Bill and Precision doors knocked it our of the park. First was when I called at 9.30p and was able to schedule appointment, then confirmation email with the name and picture of technician unbelievable. Lastly and most important was our technician Bill. He was knowledgeable(he knew product, how to use technology), kind (did a great job with myself and wife explaining), caring( I asked him how long he had worked their and he said 2 years a loved his job) and cleaned up after himself. this is a great company and will tell many about how great of an experience it was. WOW WOW WOW. This is customer satisfaction at it's best.
Being one of the owners, this is truly music to my ears. We are trying to raise the bar when it comes to customer service. With technicians like Bill, we are well on our way. Yesterday was the coldest day of the year, and when I called because my garage door wouldn't close, your service tech Paul came out and made it seem that his only concern was making sure that I was satisfied with his service. We haven't had to call you very often because you sell a good product, but I am pleased with how well you stand by that product, and how your service people respond to the needs of me, the consumer. I have never had a bad experience with any of your techs, and even had them install new equipment at my mother-in-laws home. I will continue to refer your company to others. Keep up the good work! Our springs broke at the worst possible time and during the coldest weather of the year. The tech, Al came out on Monday to look at the job; and, on Tuesday the new springs were installed by him. Thanks for such professional and speedy service.

Bill arrived right on time to what I thought would be a repair job on our existing garage door opener. Our old opener was 20 years old and could not be repaired. Bill explained my options and I decided on a new opener. Bill is very courteous, friendly, and has a great work ethic. He installed the new opener the same day, and returned the following morning in -8 degree weather to finish the weatherstripping. I would recommend Bill to everyone.

My 30+ year old Genie door opener finally died, so Bill did a replacement in the unheated garage in this subzero weather. I was surprised that he had the supplies to replace not only the dead unit but the one on my 2nd door as well. Bill completed the replacements in a timely manner and without succumbing to hypothermia. He also hauled away the old parts and cleaned up all the debris. I haven't had the opportunity to give the new units a big workout, as I've been hiding inside keeping warm. But from what I've seen so far, the new units are super quiet and smooth. I'm quite satisfied with the work and the product. Bill was courteous and knowledgeable and very good at explaining what went wrong and what needed to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision based on my experience with Bill. I hope that he did not get frostbite.

Our Technician, Bill Adamini, had to come out on the coldest day in January when the wind chill was -17. He diagnosed the problem, explained it in detail and gave me options for the best repair. Competitor needed two days to get a repairman out. I called Precision at 11:30, and was given a 1pm-3pm availability window the same day. Bill showed up by 12:30 after calling ahead to ask if it would be OK to show up early. He was quick and professional, and the job was finished within 2 hours. The level of service and the quality of the technician is a tough combination to beat. Bill was great. Works like a charm now.

I had just had my garage door rebuilt by Zoran Jovanovic. At the time, he told me that my motor might die sometime this year. He never tried to oversell. I preferred to wait, and my motor died two weeks later. Again, Zoran never tried to sell me the most expensive option, but gave me all of my options. He installed it and I would never believe something could be so quiet. I am so impressed with Precision both for the quality of product and for the quality of service people they hire. Zoran is courteous, thorough and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone!

I needed someone to repair my garage door because it wouldn't come down. I got the name of your company from Angie's list. I needed the repair done right away because I couldn't secure my garage. When I called I was able to get an appointment that same day. The technician was courteous and prompt. He analyzed the situation and discovered that the sensors was not working. He replaced the sensors and now the door works. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service.

Fast service, came when they said, delivered on time and flawless install on a cold, snowy day. Appreciated the emergency service since I couldn't raise the door to get my car out of the garage. The new door is a better quality than the one that was there and looks great. I prefer efficiency and ease of getting the job done. I called Precision after talking with a competitor. While I am confident the competitor would have done fine work, I had to spend too much time discussing the schedules and challenges with the individual who answered the phone. While I appreciate all those challenges were there in getting someone to me quickly, I didn't need to hear every thought the individual had in thinking through how to dispatch service to me. Tedious, frustrating and I just decided to call someone else. Back to the internet. When I called Precision I spoke to someone who focused quickly on what I needed and got it scheduled without a running commentary on what she had to do. Easy. Then, everything after came precisely as scheduled.

My garage door spring broke at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and I called Precision based on their Internet web page and they had me scheduled for a replacement spring by noon on the same day. The technician, Al Flemming, called in advance to tell me when heâ??d be at the house. His inspection of the door showed some very well-worn components I was somewhat aware of, but did not take seriously. He replaced the spring, rollers, cable and bearing plates in less than one hour. I was not pressured to replace all parts and did so on my own. Al was very experienced and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

I love the way my garage door operates now. It raises and lowers so quietly and smoothly that I have to look back to see if it is working. After the technician (Zoran) inspected the door he explained what was good and what was bad. Then he fixed it. My only regret is that I didn't call Precision first. the first two garage door repair businesses immediately refused me because of my location or because (sound of voice) just didn't want to be bothered.
