Service Tech arrived promptly and the replacement of the broken torsion spring (2) and door roller's were replaced in a short period of time. Tech explained additional services available that I declined; he did not try to "push" this on me which I appreciated. Rate this service as a 5 Star'

I was driving and noticed a Precision truck...I called the number on the side, told them what I needed and had an appointment the very next day. One of the owners himself called me to make sure that all my needs will be met. They sent Matt out to supply me with 2 garage door openers and look over my current unit. I have a unit that is over 15 years old and I am sure will need to be replaced sometime soon. Matt was informational, thorough, and professional. He shared with me what my options will be when it is time to replace the old unit and reassured me that they will be here for all my further needs. I love to have a local business that I can support who not only offers a superb product, but make you feel more than just a customer. Heard about Precision on Angies List. Decided to go with Precision because they had a special for Angies List members. Service performed was the 'Garage Door Tune-up PLUS Roller Replacement'. WOW! I was absolutely blown away by the service and professionalism of the technician. Bill took the time to explain everything he did. He was a terrific representative for Precision, he went the extra mile! Would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

Jason called ahead and showed up on time around 8 pm to fix our garage door opener; he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the garage door opener and also performed lubrication and door maintenance within about an hour; he was curteous and professional; I really appreciated the prompt service

We had used Precision to install a new opener about five years ago and were satisfied with the service we received. So we called again when we needed repairs to the keypad unit. We also replaced the springs which were about 17 years old. Anthony was friendly, courteous and acted in a professional manner.

Bill called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. When he got here, he fixed all he could so I could close the garage door. I agree that I needed a new one though. He was courteous, professional, fair in price, and knew his business. I'm sure he'll do just as well on the door installation on May 3rd.

5 stars for sure, Jason contacted me by phone letting me he was going to be earlier than anticipated if that was ok with me. After review of my door he provided all my options and took care of what I needed in a minimal amout of time. Cleaned up after and left literature for future reference. The tech who came out was very personnable. He explained what was wrong and gave me two options to fix my problem. I chose to have him fix the senor, I think thats what he called it andI needed two new remotes. All is working fine. He did a great job.
