Bill did an awesome job with our garage door. Our old door broke while our cars were inside of the garage. We were in a bind with needing them to get out and quick. Anthony came out to the house to deal with an issue on the garage door. He was able to come to the house much earlier than originally scheduled. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the garage sensors, install new sensors and have the garage work properly. He also helped program a garage remote control. Overall great work and very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and good. The only negative about the whole experience was when he quoted me the job he said it was $549 installed. At the end of the job he added forty some dollars and said it was the service fee!!! When an installed price is given where did the service fee come about?

We had our garage door springs and cables fixed asap. Paul came and got everything replaced and in working order in about an hour. We would highly recommend the guys at Precision Door for all uour garage door needs. Paul was great!
