Bill was very professional, explained everything to my satisfaction and understanding level. Prompt, easy to talk to and thorough, when he came out today to replace our door opener. He checked all aspects of our garage door and also discovered that the wire that travels in the tracks to pull the door up and down was getting frayed / worn out, so we replaced that also - saved us from having that break next! Very pleased with his service, and he represents your company very well! Note - I'm not sure whether the new opener is the Liftmaster belt or gear drive type - it's the 3/4 horsepower better model.

Called Precision, and was set up with an appointment faster than I believed was possible. Received confirmation email with a list of Precision employees and their photos for security. Paul was wonderful. Quickly assessed the issues, explained the problem in a way that was clear, even tho I know very little on the subject. He came up with three different solutions and helped me choose which was best for me. He was able to start work immediately. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I had a respectful and informative technician, Zoran Jovanovic. I certainly needed new springs; but after further assessment, I needed additional work (all the original parts were showing significant wear and potential problems). It was all explained very clearly with pros and cons. The excellent part was that I did not feel pressure to have the additional work completed. Because it was not needed to be done for imminent safety, he let me make the decision without pressure. I will recommend this company.

First, I was happy to see that my repair could happen on the same day. My appointment was scheduled for 3-6 timeframe and Bill actually showed up early which was even better! He did a great job with the repair as well as going over my opener to make sure it runs better. He was able to repair it even better than before I had my issue. Great job, great customer service and well worth the money!

I have had the anguish of waiting all day for a service provider that may or may not show up. I never want our customers to experience that. Usually when we repair a garage door it works better and smoother than before. Our techs tighten and lubricate all the hinges, which makes a big difference. Bill got here ahead of schedule. He tried to get things back working with as little extra charge as possible. Unfortunately, the problem was extensive. He finished up the rebuild quickly, and cleanly, tweaked the door opener, and educated me on upkeep of the garage door. All in al, an excellent experience.

This service was again very prompt,I called late morning of 1-15-2014 and was promised a tech would be here between 2-4pm the same day. Matt Petroff arrived after 3pm and recoginized the problem at once. He then gave me three options explained them very well I made my decision and he had the necsssary repair option available ,worked instantly and explained the defective part,reason for failure He then lubricated all hinges,made sure door was balanced properly and cleaned up the debris. I have twice needed service recently for my property at 273 Bridgewater and your technician Matt Petroff was terrific. Prompt, capable, courteous and efficient. From beginning to end our experience with precision was great. It's a Sunday, I call and speak to a courteous operator who was able to get us a same day appointment. I was shocked to hear that there was no additional charge for coming on a Sunday. When Ryan got here ( 1.5 hrs early) he knew right away what to do. He explained things and gave us a reasonable estimate. He fixed the problem in no time and also greased the door. Couldn't ask for more professional reliable service. Zoran was very professional and friendly and did the work in a timely fashion. He did explain what he recommended doing before starting his work. We had to replace more parts on the Garage door that were bad due to age and use. It was good to have the added advice on replacing such parts. He explained what he had done afterwards as well.
