Anthony did a great job. He did a rebuild of the door replaced springs,rollers, bearings,and cable in an hour. He called when he was 15 minutes out. He double checked that no debris was left on the floor.

Paul was a rock star. He is an excellent technician and very well mannered. Excellent service. He not only serviced my broken spring and other necessary replacement parts, but also diligently explained how a garage door operates to my 2 children. Paul was a great teacher and the kids loved it. My son gathered some broken parts for his project about pulley's at school that is due in 2 days. Thank you very much Paul. My garage used to sound horrible before, after replacing the rollers, it is so smooth. I would recommend getting this replaced if you have a squeaky garage when you open and close. Overall 5 stars.

I had called just for the cable that snapped but due to further checking by the serviceman Bill there was more wrong than the cable that was damaged. Having discussed what it would cost to fix it was advisable to replace the door. Thanks for having men like Bill to help with my decision.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and I thought for sure that I would have to wait until Monday to have it repaired. I immediately looked in the Yellow Pages to locate a repair company that I felt I could trust to do a good job. I was surprised to see that Precision did not charge extra for weekend repairs and they even offered a discount on the service call. I contacted them and they were able to schedule service for me the next day (Sunday). Once the appointment was booked they emailed me a confirmation with the name and a picture of the serviceman that would be doing the repair. I happy that they would give me the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming to my home the next day. I was very impressed with the service that Bill Adamini gave me. He diagnosed my problem within minutes showing me not only that my spring needed to be replaced, but he also pointed out concerns he had for future problems I will encounter. He reviewed my options and answered all my questions before I decided on the items that I decided to have him replace. He serviced and replaced everything that I needed. He cleaned up and explained the lifetime guarantee that is offered by Precision on their parts and service. I am happy to recommend Precision to anyone that needs work done right the first time on their garage door repair needs.
