The service that Cleveland Garage Doors gave me was excellent. The technician showed up when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable concerning what my garage door needed. The work was completed quickly and the technician explained why my problem occured and how he would address the issue so that it will not happen again. The company accepted my credit card and I was given a packet with helpful information and waranty. Definitely a five star.

Precision did a fantastic job with my garage door repair. They showed up when they said they would, Zann did a super job of inspecting and explaining the the issues with my door and had it fixed in a couple hours. My garage door now works better and is far quietter than it had ever been before. I fully recommend Precision for any garage door repair needs you might have.

Bill did an excellent job. He gave a price comparison on wherever to fix our liftmaster door opener or install a new one. We chose to install a new opener and the liftmaster belt drive is so quite and we can hardly hear it compare to te liftmaster chain drive. Bill did amazing work. Bill is honest, hard working, and reliable. Would highly recommend him to others. Thanks again for fixing our garage door. Excellent job Bill.

To my delight your service Advisor, Bill Adamini was very knowledgeable, very courteous and patient in explaining the entire process of installing a new liftmaster and rollers, lubricated the main springs and all other parts that needed attention. Paul did an excellent job...explained why the door was not working properly, what our options were and how long it would take to install a new opener...he suggested we replace the rollers for a smooth and quiet operation...everything is in and working well...he mentioned that I would receive a receipt via e-mail for all the work done and the cost paid...as yet I haven,t received one...

Zoran called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me - I appreciated that call, his professionalism and his clear explanations of the problems and the solutions. After inspecting the door he explained what was good and not good about the different door parts on our door and let me make the decision about what parts to replace without any pressure. That Precision Door responds quickly, has a warranty, is very customer oriented and has professional repairmen is a very important asset.

First, they answer the phone, not a recording. Second, I was able to schedule a time for the next day that was convenient for me (not an emergency). Matt actually was there ahead of schedule and called to see if it would be ok, which was actually better for me. He was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Would use Precision again without hesitation.

The spring broke on my garage door, snapped in half. Anthony the technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options. Bill did an awesome job with our garage door. Our old door broke while our cars were inside of the garage. We were in a bind with needing them to get out and quick. Bill came over on a Sunday and helped us out. Our door was not repairable, but he worked with me to design the door of my choice. It's in and it looks great! Anthony, our installer, was probably one of the most professional people I have encountered. He gave us a very fair price, installed, cleaned up, and hauled the old door away within the time frame indicated. Anthony came out to the house to deal with an issue on the garage door. He was able to come to the house much earlier than originally scheduled. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the garage sensors, install new sensors and have the garage work properly. He also helped program a garage remote control. Overall great work and very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and good. The only negative about the whole experience was when he quoted me the job he said it was $549 installed. At the end of the job he added forty some dollars and said it was the service fee!!! When an installed price is given where did the service fee come about?

Paul was knowledgeable and personable. He efficntly addressed the issues we had with the door, specifically the broken spring and deteriorating cables, and we ended up with a quiet and smoothly functioning door. We are hopeful that this repair will last r many years.
