My son recomended Preciion, they were on time, and very professinal. Anthony Wise, explained all of the problems, and took care of all of them. The service technician was excellent. He demonstrated a commanding knowledge of the system. Anthony was on time and completed the repair earlier than expected. The price was fair and Anthony was able to explain and show me why I needed the repairs he recommended. Upon completion of the repair there was an immediate improvement on how the operated. The company was the fastest to respond to an emergency, we trying to leave and the garage door broke. I called that evening at 6pm and the technician was at my door at 10am the next day and had it fixed at noon. The technician was friendly and understood when I could not afford the additional services even though he recommended them. The technician replaced hardware (plates, rollers, act), a cable that broke, and fixed the side of the door that was causing the problem.

My door was stuck open with a broken cable bracket and the tech came the same day I called to take care of it. I knew my door hardware was old and in bad shape and Jason explained a package where I keep the door and he replaced most of the moving parts. Now its quiet, balanced, and most importantly goes up and down again. He also gave me advice on my other door even though he did not service it. I was impressed!

The service that Cleveland Garage Doors gave me was excellent. The technician showed up when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable concerning what my garage door needed. The work was completed quickly and the technician explained why my problem occured and how he would address the issue so that it will not happen again. The company accepted my credit card and I was given a packet with helpful information and waranty. Definitely a five star.

Bill did an excellent job. He gave a price comparison on wherever to fix our liftmaster door opener or install a new one. We chose to install a new opener and the liftmaster belt drive is so quite and we can hardly hear it compare to te liftmaster chain drive. Bill did amazing work. Paul did an excellent job...explained why the door was not working properly, what our options were and how long it would take to install a new opener...he suggested we replace the rollers for a smooth and quiet operation...everything is in and working well...he mentioned that I would receive a receipt via e-mail for all the work done and the cost paid...as yet I haven,t received one...

First, they answer the phone, not a recording. Second, I was able to schedule a time for the next day that was convenient for me (not an emergency). Matt actually was there ahead of schedule and called to see if it would be ok, which was actually better for me. He was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Would use Precision again without hesitation.

Zoran called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me - I appreciated that call, his professionalism and his clear explanations of the problems and the solutions. After inspecting the door he explained what was good and not good about the different door parts on our door and let me make the decision about what parts to replace without any pressure. That Precision Door responds quickly, has a warranty, is very customer oriented and has professional repairmen is a very important asset.

First off excellent service. Woke up to find springs on door broke and needed to get out of garage. Called precision and were able to get out within 2-3 hours from call. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very efficient getting his job done in about a hour and half after he arrived. Will absolutely use company again or recommend to family and friends!!
