My garage door spring broke at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and I called Precision based on their Internet web page and they had me scheduled for a replacement spring by noon on the same day. The technician, Al Flemming, called in advance to tell me when heâ??d be at the house. His inspection of the door showed some very well-worn components I was somewhat aware of, but did not take seriously. He replaced the spring, rollers, cable and bearing plates in less than one hour. I was not pressured to replace all parts and did so on my own. Al was very experienced and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

I love the way my garage door operates now. It raises and lowers so quietly and smoothly that I have to look back to see if it is working. After the technician (Zoran) inspected the door he explained what was good and what was bad. Then he fixed it. My only regret is that I didn't call Precision first. the first two garage door repair businesses immediately refused me because of my location or because (sound of voice) just didn't want to be bothered. Found you in the yellow pages. Confirmed my choice thru Angies List. Technician was on time and found my opener was beyond repair. He patiently explained the problems, likely causes and suggested the solution. After answering my questions I gave the OK to replace the opener, rollers and cables. Zoran represented your Company well. I hope I wont need his services anytime soon but if I should I will call Precision.

Once again Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Long story short - Precision Technician Zoran had serviced my lousy craftsman door opener (sidebar-never buy a sears opener, they are junk) and had told me it may not last long. Well it didn't and when it didn't open on a freezing cold morning, I called him and he was at my house in 2 hours and had installed a lift master system in about an hour. My new opener is 1000 times quieter than my junkie craftsman and has MYQ technology. The level of service and honesty is something you don't see much nowadays. I would highly recommend them and will always refer them to anyone who needs garage door service.

Called on Saturday AM for immediate repair. Very pleased to ear that there was no extra cost for coming out on a Saturday. Another company quoted me an additional $50. Used your ad in the AT&T Yellow Pages. The add was clear and concise and your ability to service on the weekends was a determining factor. I would rate your 2 full page add a 5..! As for the work done, Bill Adamini was personable, polite, respectful to property and informative. He completed the work needed in 90 minutes. While I was not prepared to put out over $1,000, I feel very confident that Precision will stand behind their work and warranty. I have one minor concern and that is that the garage door is not closing EVERY time. There is a small bump in the track that Bill & I addressed, and I will give this a week to work itself out. If it still persists in a week, I will call Bill to have it adjusted.......
