My wife and I had Precision out to our house to help us with our garage door opener. It was an excellent experience! First of all, we called and they were able to come the very next day. The technician, Zoran, called before he came to make sure we were ready. Second, he inspected not just the opener, but all the parts and pieces of the garage door. I am not very good with mechanical things, but that didn't matter, Zoran explained everything to us in terms that we could comprehend. He made my wife and I aware of everything that was going on. He explained why were having the problem we were and how to properly fix it. He was extremely professional and at the same time made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It didn't seem as though he was just glancing at things and trying to sell us a big ticket item. We ended up getting a new opener and new parts for the door as well, but I knew why I needed them! Zoran explained why the decision we made was good from a safety standpoint and that the safety of our children was important. He worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. I would absolutely recommend anyone with garage issues to call! Very refreshing to feel like a company really cares about you as a customer!!

We are very pleased with our new opener. It is so quiet and has many safety features that our old one didn't. Matt Petroff was very patient and thorough in explaining the apparatus to me. He was very professional in his work and in cleaning up when he was done. I was especially happy he had all the necessary equipment witH him even though I hadnT ordered it when I made the appointment. Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. I can tell that Brandon is astute and willing to go the extra mile. Tony is on top of his game. Good bunch of guys at your company. And now I've met three of them. Good luck over the years to come. I heard an ad on AM radio. Looked up local number in the yellow pages. Had a broken spring on the door replaced. Elected to purchase the rebuild deal. Technician did a great job explaining the repairs. Completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Precision has serviced us with excellent workmanship and honest follow-up on their lifetime warranty. My original service with Precision was in 2007 and had cables go bad three times since then (this is 2013. Precision has stood behind their warranty and replaced the cables with no charge. The service technicians have always been professional and right on the mark with the repair. My last call was not cable related and the technician Matt Petroff honed in on the problem immediately. He is a very professional person with a compassion for his work. I will ask for him in the future if needed. Also I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to my friends if and when they are in need of Precision's service.
