I had just had my garage door rebuilt by Zoran Jovanovic. At the time, he told me that my motor might die sometime this year. He never tried to oversell. I preferred to wait, and my motor died two weeks later. Again, Zoran never tried to sell me the most expensive option, but gave me all of my options. He installed it and I would never believe something could be so quiet. I am so impressed with Precision both for the quality of product and for the quality of service people they hire. Zoran is courteous, thorough and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone!

I chose you because you advertised same day service, and the online reviews were positive. My garage door needed a new spring, pullies, and brackets for the electronic eye. The service man was excellent and made all the repairs quickly, even though he had to return to the shop to get the brackets.

There was a technician here, Prince, within 4-5 hours of my first contact with your office. By the time he left we had ordered a new door. The door was installed the next afternoonâ?¦right on time. Fast service, came when they said, delivered on time and flawless install on a cold, snowy day. Appreciated the emergency service since I couldn't raise the door to get my car out of the garage. The new door is a better quality than the one that was there and looks great. I prefer efficiency and ease of getting the job done. I called Precision after talking with a competitor. While I am confident the competitor would have done fine work, I had to spend too much time discussing the schedules and challenges with the individual who answered the phone. While I appreciate all those challenges were there in getting someone to me quickly, I didn't need to hear every thought the individual had in thinking through how to dispatch service to me. Tedious, frustrating and I just decided to call someone else. Back to the internet. When I called Precision I spoke to someone who focused quickly on what I needed and got it scheduled without a running commentary on what she had to do. Easy. Then, everything after came precisely as scheduled.

I love the way my garage door operates now. It raises and lowers so quietly and smoothly that I have to look back to see if it is working. After the technician (Zoran) inspected the door he explained what was good and what was bad. Then he fixed it. My only regret is that I didn't call Precision first. the first two garage door repair businesses immediately refused me because of my location or because (sound of voice) just didn't want to be bothered. My garage door spring broke at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and I called Precision based on their Internet web page and they had me scheduled for a replacement spring by noon on the same day. The technician, Al Flemming, called in advance to tell me when heâ??d be at the house. His inspection of the door showed some very well-worn components I was somewhat aware of, but did not take seriously. He replaced the spring, rollers, cable and bearing plates in less than one hour. I was not pressured to replace all parts and did so on my own. Al was very experienced and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

He patiently explained the problems, likely causes and suggested the solution. After answering my questions I gave the OK to replace the opener, rollers and cables.
