"AWESOME" Customer service beyond compare first from Jason Swartz. Then Ryan Freeman comes to install the door and puts the icing on the cake with his knowledge, experience and superb customer service. I can hardly believe that he took down my old garage door and assembly and replace the new garage door without assistance. I read the many written reviews concerning this company before I made my decision, after all this was an investment. However the price was great and the reviews are certainly true. Service was excellent, as advertised. I called at 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon and repair tech arrived around 3pm, completed work by 4:15pm, and that included some unexpected wrinkles in the job. Al replaced our broken torsion spring, mounted a new center plate for it, installed new rollers, and replaced a broken cable, all with great efficiency on a pretty cold day. Thanks, Al and Precision. I chose Precision as I belong to Angie's List and they had the best and most amount of reviews and I am so glad I did. My previous garage door opener would open only a few inches and kept getting stuck over the years and I could not deal with it any more (not getting any younger) and knew I wanted one that I did not have to be bothered with any more. Bill arrived ahead of schedule which I was thankful for as I had to go to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had the entire job done in no time despite the fact it was freezing out. The garage door opener is so quiet and I love the fact I can put it on delay for 5 minutes and it closes on it's own! Several times I forgot to close the door overnight so now I am relieved I will never have this worry. I have to give a shout out to the girl that answered the phone as she quickly dispatched Bill to the job. Hopefully this garage door opener will outlast me and I will be a happy camper!

Prompt response to service call and quickly provided list of identified issues and options to correct them. I decided to purchase a new garage door. Precision replaced my broken springs and replaced a missing bearing to get my existing door working until the new one is installed. All completed in under 2 hours.

There is nothing worse than feeling trapped in your own home. My garage door spring broke and I was unable to get my cars out. Thanks to your technician, Zoran, my problem was fixed in no time. i was impressed with the reviews that I read on-line. The repair person, Jason, was very polite and accommodating BUT I had agreed to a new door opener and while Jason was getting ready to do the job I called my brother and he said to stop installation as he told me earlier that it was a "coupler" that needed replacement. So Jason left, my brother went to a Genie store in Burton, bought the coupler for $ 5.00 and the door opener is fixed. As a single woman with no knowledge of door openers, I would have spent in excess of $500.00 but I had someone I could ask. It certainly made me wonder if the fact that I am a woman influenced Jason's decision to suggest a new opener. In fairness to Jason, he did say he would look at the opener in more detail but, of course, then I would have to pay for that service and possibly a new opener in the end. How would a female in your family handle this situation??? was a woman

This was a great experience. My husband got so frustrated with our old garage door opener panel that he ripped it off the wall. When I bought a new one to replace it, he couldnâ??t get it programed. I call late in the day on a Monday. They came early the next morning and had it programed in 15 minutes! Better yet, all the other remotes still worked!

Came across precision door on the web called them up on a Saturday was surprised to find they work the weekend. The next day Sunday Matt Petroff came out right on time explained in detail about my garage door parts operations had learned had a few very worn parts so had replaced and had a liftmaster opener installed garage door is like brand new with minimum cost. Matt did a great job with install and cleanup.

Anthony Wise arrived promptly at my home and explained and demonstrated what was causing problems with my opener. Since he felt it is was at least 30 years old I had the Lift Master premium Series opener installed. He did a nice job installing, also explaining the opener and cleaning up all the mess. He was pleasant and efficient and hopefully I will have this garage door opener a long time! Also appreciate the prompt service after placing the call and not being told that you were too busy like the first company I called.

Google comes through again! My garage door failed me on the second coldest night of 2014. Precision answered their phone promptly with a live person no less! I was considered an emergency because my car was stuck inside. They arrived within the hour and Al was done and gone within 45 minutes. Considering the original unit was 15 years old, the replacement (cost and warranty) were well worth it. Excellent.

Our current garage door opener was 20+ years old and chose to fail today Monday March 3, 2014 as I was leaving for work. It closed down to about 2 feet from the ground and would not move up or down. I could not get the pull chain release to work so I could close it the rest of the way. I selected Precision based on their A rating on Angie's List and their proximity to my home. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day service call appointment between 2 and 5. I got a call back that based on the technician having a call in Brecksville at noon my call was moved up to 1:00. Even better, Bill called me at 12:10 and asked if he could arrive earlier, which was fine because I work in Brecksville. Bill was at the house when I arrived and proceeded to diagnose the problem. The large gear that moves the chain to lift the door was stripped. Bad news the opener was so old that it did not have the safety sensor that is required by code and he was prohibited from repairing the gear. We had to get a new opener. Bill showed me the models available with the full installation price including tax. I selected the base model LiftMaster .5 hp belt drive and Bill got to work installing it. He was finished just before 2:00 PM so I missed minimal time from work. He was very professional and courteous. Bill even set up the HomeLink transmitter in my car before he left. Overall this was a very good experience.
