Z arrived on time and did an excellent job. Worn parts were replaced with new, higher quality parts. The old parts, supplied by the builder of our 10 year old house, were cheap junk and were replaced. Thanks for taking the time to explain all my options.

We called for service in the morning, and by 4:30 our technician, Prince, was here. He called to let us know when he would arrive, and did arrive on time. Though our garage opener system is quite old, he was able to install a keypad to operate the door from the outside. He programmed the keypad to respond to our old system perfectly. We had used Precision at our former home in Bay Village, on numerous occasions, some emergency on weekends. We can't imagine calling any other company. All the technicians have been superb, and the most recent, Prince, continued the excellent service. Thank you so much for your customer service. To elaborate, Prince was a great listener, and with his significant height was able to change the lightbulb in the mechanism, and was patient when I forgot the code I had entered. We were very gratified that we got same day service, though hadn't expected it.

Several weeks ago, in an emergency operation, Al came by to replace our garage door springs and the other moving parts, with professionalism and quality. Our neighbor noticed recently that our garage door would close partially (we had driven off apparently) and re-open. Based on this, we called Precision yesterday and Al came by this morning. After some diagnostics, he made some adjustments and said to call again if this did not help. After sales service differentiates a mediocre company from an outstanding one. Precision's after sales service is impeccable.

Anthony did a great job. Thanks for sending him. I was disappointed that the new spring only lasted 4 years, the old spring we had lasted 20, and it was a much heavier door. I thought it should have been covered under the warranty.

Scheduling a service call was easy and convenient. The technician called before he arrived and was here when he said he would be. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what we needed. Fantastic Service! I'm a repeat customer (had new openers installed several months ago by Bill Adamini, who was great), and I was a bit leery of getting a technician this time that was relatively new to your business. Prince Robinson proved my wrong! He was very professional and personal. He called ahead and showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, needed a new spring, but I ended up opting for your rebuild package since my doors were about 20 years old (I decided to have both doors done). Prince told me it would take about 3 hours, and he was right on. His work clearly met my high expectations. I wish all technicians and businesses operated as stellar as Prince and Precision.

I chose your company from the yellow pages and what stood out to me was the same day service and 24 hour emergency service. Also your special rate and no extra charge for nights and weekends. I also liked the idea of a lifetime warranty. I also found your call back on the web very reassuring by telling and showing me what your trucks look like and also what the tech who was coming out looked like. My tech was Bill Adamini, and he was very good at his job and also showed how to disingage my garage door so I could lift it in the future. He went over all the parts that needed to be replaced and showed me the old parts so I could judge for myself as to how bad these parts were. I was interested in obtaining estimates for the replacement of a new garage door. Thank yo so much for responding and coming to my home in a timely manner. Your representative was very customer service oriented. Although I was pleased with the service up provided,I am a beast cancer patient,living on a fixed income and as much as I would like to possibly do business with you,I simply cannot afford the quoted price. I have 5 estimates and your quote was twice as much as others I have on hand. Therefore I regret that I must decline your service. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Our garage door opener just stopped working one day. I called them at 2 in the afternoon and the technician arrived at my home 1 hour later at 3.His name was Prince and he was very polite and business like. He diagnosed the problem and gave me my choices to fix it.I opted to install a new opener with pin pad and 2 hours later the job was complete. The technician explained in detail what he had done and my warranty.I would recommend this company to anyone that needs garage door or opener repair
