Precision has serviced us with excellent workmanship and honest follow-up on their lifetime warranty. My original service with Precision was in 2007 and had cables go bad three times since then (this is 2013. Precision has stood behind their warranty and replaced the cables with no charge. The service technicians have always been professional and right on the mark with the repair. My last call was not cable related and the technician Matt Petroff honed in on the problem immediately. He is a very professional person with a compassion for his work. I will ask for him in the future if needed. Also I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to my friends if and when they are in need of Precision's service.

Paul came to check out my broken spring and noted that my door was damaged as well, and advised that I replace the door rather than just the spring. As this was really my only place to keep a car, Paul also went out of his way to make sure he could get the door installed the next day! Paul did a great job in my tiny little garage, making sure the door hung level and was attached to studs, unlike my old door. Thank you for taking care of me!

Matt was very responsive to my needs of what needed to be done.He took time to fix the problem & was very courteous.He also took the time to explain to me about a potential problem which could have been very serious.that is replacing the door rollers.He said the could break at any time since the garage was 16 years old.I had the work done on his advise and was pleased at the very quick time to do the repair.Overall I was very happy with the whole experience with Precision.

The technician Matt Petroff did an outstanding job ! He was very personable, compassionate about his job, thorough in his explanation of the services available & most importantly he fixed the problem with our garage door ! Immediately, Matt made me feel comfortable in our discussions of what could be wrong with our door without thinking he was trying to "rip" me off. There was no pressure from Matt to purchase something I didn't need at the moment but he was thorough on what I could be facing in a few years. When he finished the job, he was very clear that I could call his cell phone any time if another issue came up & he would try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone first. Job well done ! I found Precision while searching the web. There was no one thing in particular but I was impressed with their website. I phoned for repair and they lived up to everything promised. I was given a reasonable time to expect the technician, who arrived withing the time given.
