The company was the fastest to respond to an emergency, we trying to leave and the garage door broke. I called that evening at 6pm and the technician was at my door at 10am the next day and had it fixed at noon. The technician was friendly and understood when I could not afford the additional services even though he recommended them. The technician replaced hardware (plates, rollers, act), a cable that broke, and fixed the side of the door that was causing the problem.

Paul did an excellent job...explained why the door was not working properly, what our options were and how long it would take to install a new opener...he suggested we replace the rollers for a smooth and quiet operation...everything is in and working well...he mentioned that I would receive a receipt via e-mail for all the work done and the cost paid...as yet I haven,t received one...

I cannot say enough good things about Precision. Bill Adamini was amazing! I had to have a new garage door installed and Bill was educated, professional and never pushy. I felt extremely comfortable and confident that I made the right choice with having Precision and Bill handle the install. I was always made aware of arrival time, which is so helpful when working full time. I was able to meet Bill at my house, and have the install taken care of within 2 days of my first call. My new door looks fantastic. The work Bill performed is outstanding. He was organized, on top of his game, and cleaned up when the job was completed. I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone I can, and I will definitely use them again for any future situations. Needless to say I was impressed and my faith was restored in customer service, and affordable home repair. Job well done. Thank you!!

This company excels! Technician Jason was on time, informative, personal; he explained what problems I had (and those still developing) so I understood what was needed. Installation was impeccable; price was reasonable. This company is on Angie's List...and deserves to be. Every step of the process of getting service measures heads above any previous company I've used. In future, will go back to Precision and ask for Jason! Serviceman showed up promptly at scheduled time. Very professional. Explained all our options. We ended up purchasing the liftmaster 8550. My only negative and certainly does not reflecr on Matt was in looking at he options I did not realize it would be an extra charge to hook our opener to the internet which I would have liked. Other than that very happy with this company.

We are very pleased with the work we received. Our doors were rebuilt with the lifetime warranty.That is so important for us.Our garage doors are basically our front door especially since we do not have a service door from the garage.They are heavily used each day with having 2 dogs.
