I called every door repair company in Lorain County, no one wanted to come out after 5pm. I called Precision, transferred me to the technician, told him my problem, he said he was on a job and could be there in around an hour. He arrived when he said, checked out the problem, suggested some other areas that might need attention, gave me a price, He went to work, within an hour was done, my door has never been better. It runs so quiet now I actually have to turn and look to see if it is closing. Outstanding service, Outstanding Technician. Nothing but the highest praises. You will regret calling anyone else!!!

Five stars all across the board. Technician explained and showed problems. Confident in his judgement. WE had a hardware change out- rollers, broken springs, cables. Came within hours of calling on a holiday weekend with no extra charge. Wow! Fast and reasonable. Definetly would recommend and get again. Felt company and tech was reliable and safe. Zoran was local which we really liked as opposed to getting someone out of the area which can make us uncomfortable.

It is refreshing to work with a technician that is so professional, honest and friendly. We had Bill stop by on Friday to repair our old opener that had been malfunctioning. He took time to review the problem and discuss repair options. We settled on purchasing an opener and having him install it on the following Monday. He provided us with his business card so that we could reach him with any questions and he gave us excellent advice. Bill arrived right on time and had the garage door opener installed and my cars programmed within an hour. Customer friendly company from the receptionist who took my call and scheduled the appointment to the technicians who completed the repairs. The technicians who performed the work completed an inspection then offered me repair vs replacement options including the cost of each. I plan on using this company again when the time comes.

I called Precision after another company gave me an all day time frame for showing up and never called before showing up. I had a same day appointment scheduled and Jason called to let me know that he could be there earlier than quoted if it worked for us, and it did, so that was a good start. He was professional and pleasant when he arrived. One spring was obviously broken so it wasn't hard to diagnose that problem but he did show me several other issues. I'm no expert so I took the problems at face value, they seemed legit and you have to put trust in people at some point. After the inspection he offered a few options running from replacing the springs to the "Rebuild Package" which would cover all the other issues plus a few more. The main reason this is a 4 star review is the cost. I know that the price is the price and I always have the option to decline but when something is broken and needs fixing you have limited option. So on one hand I have a fixed door with several issues taken care of and a lifetime warranty but the other hand it could have been done for less money. I get that quality, long lasting parts cost more but even taking that into consideration the prices are high. For instance, $90 for a center bearing plate that can be had for around $10-15. Even saying that it's a higher quality that that doesn't make that price decent. From a service standpoint it was 5 stars. Jason was polite, professional, arrived early, worked quickly and made sure things were right. From an overall satisfaction standpoint I have mixed feelings and that is purely down to the cost which seems very much inflated even taking the quality of the parts into consideration. I guess ultimately something is only worth the price that somebody is willing to pay and I paid the price.

Mr. Jovanovic is an excellent technician who is fully trained for his job and is able to explain in lay man,s terms the deterioration of our garage door operation beyond the initial door spring breakage. This service was again very prompt,I called late morning of 1-15-2014 and was promised a tech would be here between 2-4pm the same day. Matt Petroff arrived after 3pm and recoginized the problem at once. He then gave me three options explained them very well I made my decision and he had the necsssary repair option available ,worked instantly and explained the defective part,reason for failure He then lubricated all hinges,made sure door was balanced properly and cleaned up the debris. This was a WOW. Just moved into town and have had multiple services and technicians at my home. Bill and Precision doors knocked it our of the park. First was when I called at 9.30p and was able to schedule appointment, then confirmation email with the name and picture of technician unbelievable. Lastly and most important was our technician Bill. He was knowledgeable(he knew product, how to use technology), kind (did a great job with myself and wife explaining), caring( I asked him how long he had worked their and he said 2 years a loved his job) and cleaned up after himself. this is a great company and will tell many about how great of an experience it was. My garage door spring broke at 9:00 AM on a Saturday and I called Precision based on their Internet web page and they had me scheduled for a replacement spring by noon on the same day. The technician, Al Flemming, called in advance to tell me when heâ??d be at the house. His inspection of the door showed some very well-worn components I was somewhat aware of, but did not take seriously. He replaced the spring, rollers, cable and bearing plates in less than one hour. I was not pressured to replace all parts and did so on my own. Al was very experienced and did a great job. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
