The service tech today was Paul Broschk and he did a fantastic job of getting my garage doors operating the way they should have when our house was built 11 years ago. He replaced the broken Genie with a 8550 LIftmaster opener which is unbelievable compared to the Genie. He replaced springs on both doors, cables and other hardware and installed a digital opener and an outside keypad. It came with a life time guarantee. Even a battery back up for the opener if there should be a power failure and you want to get in or out of the garage. Great experience. I bought cheaper in the past and this is the 3rd time someone has had to come to a fairly newer house. The almost commercial quality of these products allows me to believe I won't have to worry about the garage doors functioning for a very long time. I highly recommend Precision - especially Paul.

My wife and I are pleased with the door and opener. The installer drilled 8 unwanted holes into the ceiling before finding ones that would work. That was something that we didn't expect to happen with professional installers.

When we get hit with these sub-zero temperatures our garage door opener would start acting up. Precision's service tech, William Coad, came to our home and with a few adjustments was able to eliminate the problem. We have had several sub-zero days since and have had no additional problem. Called Precision on Monday morning to have them come repair my garage door that would not close properly. Within a matter of hours Bill Adamini was at hy home and fixed my door within an hour or so. He was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I would highly suggest Precision to anyone!

Garage door would not close using remote or wall mounted pad. Called at about 0800 hours and was told technician would be out between 1000-1200 hours. Technician called at 1130 hours to advise he was 20 minutes away. When he arrived, I explained the problem and he knew right away that the electronic sensors were causing the problem. He repaired the wire on one, but the other was corroded beyond hope. He replaced the sensors and everything worked fine. Your technician was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Can't ask for anything more from Precision or your technicians.

Service tech Al Flemming went above and beyond our expectations by providing us with extraordinary service and professionalism in replacing our broken spring. My experience with Precision started with the Technician - Zoran Javanovic, a very affable and knowledgeable representative of his company. I did check him out on your website prior to his arrival and so I knew what to expect. I am glad to say that the real person exceeded my expectations. He was dedicated to the effort of explaining my situation. Although I knew that my garage door opener was broken, I did not know that essential hardware needed to roll the door up and down was very, very compromised - a bigger problem to be sure. Interestingly enough, my new understanding of "Garage Doors 101" was very useful to me when it came to evaluating another company's proposal for fixing my garage door difficulties. His repair was efficiently done and I am thrilled to have a whisper-quiet garage door back in action. Thank you, Zoran.

The garage door stopped functioning on Saturday afternoon. We were amazed that we could receive service on Sunday afternoon. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled, diagnosed the problem and fully disclosed the repair and cost before beginning the work and completing the service. I especially liked the appointment confirmation that told us who the technician would be and provided a photo so we would recognize him when he arrived.
