Our garage door spring broke Saturday morning. We were clueless what to do. We looked up garage repair online and your company came up. The lady on the phone was great, and an hour later the technician was there. He was professional and competent. He had the garage door fixed in less than an hour. The price we were quoted was exactly what we paid. Would use this company again.

I found the super coupon on Angie's List for a garage door checkup with new rollers for $99. It couldn't have come at a better time since my opener wasn't working right. Matt was able to make it work in a matter of minutes and changed out the old steel rollers with new nylon rollers in nothing flat, lubed everything and gave me good advice on what my door will probably need in the near future. I will be calling Precision for anything my garage door needs. Totally satisfied.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the prompt and courteous service we received from Eric Kirby, our Technichian/Installer. At the initial call it was determined that our 10+ yr old Genie opener would cost more to repair than purchasing a new opener. I did not feel as if I was being sold "a bill of goods", as I have a background in electronics, and the thorough testing done by Eric satisfied me. The liftmaster opener that we selected was installed by Eric the following Monday, as agreed, and I was impressed with how quickly and expertly the job was done. I was given thorough instructions on the equipment and the warranty. We were able to take advantage of discount coupons found on the main website and Facebook to reduce our cost, which was a pleasant bonus! All-in-all it was a great experience. I would recommend both the company and Eric kirby to anyone in need of garage door work. The new opener is MUCH quieter than our old Genie!

When Bill Adamini called, my husband was not home yet. When I told him the problem with the garage door, he responded professionally yet spoke like we were old friends. On arriving he went over all the check points with me and explained and showed, in detail, what needed to be replaced anjd also about the warranty. He is very informative. After given the cost, I chose the garage door to be rebuilt. When my husband arrived they spoke alone. We both agreed he acted professionally yet friendly and outgoing. He has knowledgeo of his job and worked on the door until it passed his inspection and ours. He is conscientious and definitely an asset to Precision Garage Door. Al Fleming did an outstanding job installing my new garage door, opener, battery back up, controls, springs, door seal, reote key pad, rails and took time to explain the operation of everything. Mitch won my confidence when he first came to check on a possible repair/new install. His focus on solving the customer problem and listening to my needs/requirements helped me decide that the overall quality and customer care during installation outweighed price alone. I expect years of maintenance free operation (read as low total cost of ownership) from my two new garage doors and belt driven openers based on the care and diligence witnessed during the install. Didn't know who to call concerning my garage door sensor problem that has been ongoing for over a year. I consulted the phone book and called Precision and so glad I did. Mitch diagnosed the problem immediately and new sensors were installed. He even oiled the hinges and that has made a huge difference. It sounds so nice when the door is opened & closed. Mitch was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
