I called for service on our opener as the wall unit wouldn't operate the door. The receptionist was friendly and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. My garage door opener started to make noise indicating that it was reaching its end-of-life. I found Precision Door on the internet. I called them first thing in the morning and made an appointment for 5pm that day to explore repair or replacement options. A few hours later, I received a call from Al advising that he was nearby and asked if I wanted to move the appointment to 11am. I agreed. Al arrived and concurred that I was in need of a new opener. I elected to have the Marantec PDS-4700eL belt driven opener installed. Upon installation, it was discovered that the springs and rollers were in need of replacement as well. Ninety minutes later, I had a new opener that was so quiet I questioned if it was running or not. I'm very pleased with the product and the installation. A couple friends are rather impressed as well and plan to replace their openers with the same company and brand when necessary. It must also be noted that Precision's prices are rather competitive.

Definition of insanity? Doing the same thing again and again and expecting different results. Brad Buzzelli put an end to that and, after 10 years, we're confident we've put an end to our spring problem. Brad was great at explaining what needed to be done and showing me the work when finished. Very confident about the results!

I would rate a 5, however it did take two trips for my garage to get fixed. Al, reset my number key pad but it does not work. But my garage door is working properly with the remotes. I am pleased with the service he gave!!!

My garage door broke so I Googled garage door repair, I found Precision, they have a great website and offer a lifetime warranty so I called them. My springs and cables were broke and the technician called me and told me he was on his way. I was surprised he was on time and very polite. He fixed the problem and gave me a lifetime warranty. I will always call Precision with my garage door needs and recommend them to my friends!
