With a broken spring, it was great to get a same day repair. Being able to call in at 7:30am, before most services are even open, was also convenient. The website provides a lot of helpful information. Anthony was right on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgable, neat, and finished in 90 minutes. A la carte part replacement added up quickly, so we went with the rebuild. Although my garage door was the last thing I wanted to spend money on, I feel like the higher quality parts have added value to our home.

The technician that provided the service was within 30 minutes of my call, the technician was on time when he called and that he was on the way. He was very proficient his work style and completed the task within 20 minutes of arriving. He was very professional in his approach, and was and informative about the service. I feel like I was truly taken. The spring broke, I needed it replaced. The service call price was never discussed on the phone - $65 no matter what - then they charged me $185 PER spring. Then he wanted to sell me a host of other items that would total the bill to over $800... Later in the day I learned that I was over charged considerably compared to other door companies in the area. I would never recommend to anyone. What a rip off. Go someplace else!
We are truly sorry you feel that way Mr. Antolik. There are a few issues going here. First, let us address the service call. All service companies charge a service call fee for coming to a customers home, usually more than $65.00 whether work is done or not. Secondly, our springs cost $185.00 because they're higher quality of spring than our competitors and last many years longer. Also, our technicians look not only at what is broken, but also parts that are worn and will cause the door to malfunction in the future. Our goal is to "fix the door right the first time", so the homeowner doesn't have to worry about it again. Lastly, it is quite unfair to compare us to the other garage door companies in the area because they do not provide the same level of service that we do. Please, compare us to someone that has 24hr emergency service, that offer lifetime warranties and have trained technicians. I hope that over time you will come to realize that you paid a fair price for what you received.

We chose Precision because they had fixed the operator system in our garage two years earlier. We have had no issues thus far, and thought we would contact them again. The coil/springs in our door broke on Friday night. Precision came out as soon as they could to fix the door and get things working correctly again. I appreciated the courtesy of Paul, our technician, and his friendly manner with my sons and dogs. He did a great job!

Matt called and asked if he could come early, which was actually much better for me. He was prompt, courteous, very professional, and helpful. The company was the fastest to respond to an emergency, we trying to leave and the garage door broke. I called that evening at 6pm and the technician was at my door at 10am the next day and had it fixed at noon. The technician was friendly and understood when I could not afford the additional services even though he recommended them. The technician replaced hardware (plates, rollers, act), a cable that broke, and fixed the side of the door that was causing the problem.

I cannot say enough good things about Precision. Bill Adamini was amazing! I had to have a new garage door installed and Bill was educated, professional and never pushy.
