When Bill Adamini called, my husband was not home yet. When I told him the problem with the garage door, he responded professionally yet spoke like we were old friends. On arriving he went over all the check points with me and explained and showed, in detail, what needed to be replaced anjd also about the warranty. He is very informative. After given the cost, I chose the garage door to be rebuilt. When my husband arrived they spoke alone. We both agreed he acted professionally yet friendly and outgoing. He has knowledgeo of his job and worked on the door until it passed his inspection and ours. He is conscientious and definitely an asset to Precision Garage Door. Al Fleming did an outstanding job installing my new garage door, opener, battery back up, controls, springs, door seal, reote key pad, rails and took time to explain the operation of everything. The new door is so quiet it's hard to even hear it opening and closing. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any type of garage door service and/or installation. Bill Adamini was prompt, patiently provided full explanations without pressure sales tactics, worked efficiently, and did it all with a warm smile that reflected pride & quality in his work and the company he represents. I'm very pleased with the service we received from Precision. It was nice to get email confirmation of the appointment and to know ahead of time who our technician would be. Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable--he gave us several options to repair our garage door and explained each one thoroughly. Overall, very pleased with service from Precision. Technicial called ahead, arrived on time, performed service in a quick and efficient manner. He installed a keypad for my garage door and it works very well. I would choose Precision again without a doubt.

Mitch won my confidence when he first came to check on a possible repair/new install. His focus on solving the customer problem and listening to my needs/requirements helped me decide that the overall quality and customer care during installation outweighed price alone. I expect years of maintenance free operation (read as low total cost of ownership) from my two new garage doors and belt driven openers based on the care and diligence witnessed during the install. Employees like Mitch keep and gain customers. I would recommend your service highly.

Didn't know who to call concerning my garage door sensor problem that has been ongoing for over a year. I consulted the phone book and called Precision and so glad I did. Mitch diagnosed the problem immediately and new sensors were installed. He even oiled the hinges and that has made a huge difference. It sounds so nice when the door is opened & closed. Mitch was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
