Zoran called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me - I appreciated that call, his professionalism and his clear explanations of the problems and the solutions. After inspecting the door he explained what was good and not good about the different door parts on our door and let me make the decision about what parts to replace without any pressure. That Precision Door responds quickly, has a warranty, is very customer oriented and has professional repairmen is a very important asset.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and good. The only negative about the whole experience was when he quoted me the job he said it was $549 installed. At the end of the job he added forty some dollars and said it was the service fee!!! When an installed price is given where did the service fee come about?

I was not expecting to have Ryan come out to service my new garage door opener seeing whereas it is not even 90 days old yet. However, he did come out and resolved the loud squeaking noise which was heard only when the opener is clicked to open, but is quiet when clicked to close. So far the problem is fixed for now.Thank you.

Discovered this website through some online searches of reputable garage door repair companies and decided to give it a shot. Paul had our both our garage door springs repaired and ready to go within 45 minutes, quick and efficient! Great service! I called on Saturday afternoon hoping to schedule service early the next week but was pleasantly surprised to be offered a 2-5 time-slot the very next day - Sunday! Ryan Freeman called at 12 noon and said he could be at my house by 12:30 and he arrived right on time. The work was done in a little over an hour and the problem was completely resolved. The new belt drive opener is much quieter than the older chain drive unit.

Jim did a terrific job, my garage door broke over the weekend and I saw your add through Google, I saw that you were listed with the BBB and Angie's list so I called. The phone rep was very nice and was able to schedule a same day appointment with a call ahead. Jim arrived on time and explained the problem, suggested the repairs that needed and told me the price. We came home from vacation to a broken spring on the garage door. I did a quick search online and liked what I read about Precision. Your technicians are great and courteous and seem to go out of their way to make the customer happy, which I appreciate. For some reason now, the garage door will not open unless you are right in front of it. It used to open from a couple hundred feet away and now I must be just a few feet away to get it to open. This is true regardless what remote we use. I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me and let me know why it works this way now. It is sort of annoying to have to be right in front of it now. Thanks!

I looked up garage door repair for 44136 and Precision Door came up. I called late Friday evening and Brad was able to come at noon on Saturday. He was friendly and efficient and replaced a piece of track, reset the springs and oiled the tracks along with straightening the door. The price was fair, plus there was a $15 discount on their website. I would highly recommend Brad and Precision Door.

We decided to go ahead with Mitch's recommendation based on the warranty of the product. It cost a bit more but hopefully it will allow us to be worry free in future years with your lifetime guarantee. Mitch was great; easy to deal with and did the work quickly and was very clean and neat.
