Al at Precision was Fantastic! He came in late in the evening, we're talking after 10:30pm, and was pleasant and upbeat. He was a breath of fresh air in the midst of a situation that really stunk! He fixed our garage door in a very timely fashion, did it with a smile and made us feel very good about our decision to call on Precision again! Thanks for the great service at a very fair price. We highly recommend Precison!

Brad the gent who initially installed my door was courteous and punctual. Jim got involved when the paint on my door started chipping without even going through one winter. He assured me he would take care of and did, by installing a new door. Then I had issues with the inside of the door holding water from the uncalked window panes. When opened it would leak from every screw hole on our heads. Again, Jim displayed such patience and excellent customer service throughout this ordeal. Jim is an anomaly. I would be honored to hire such a man of character and integrity. I would definitely give Precision Door a 5 star rating, not for quality but for service which separates the great companies from the average. Well done!
