I was very satisfied with the service I received from Precision, service technician Brad in particular. I needed a new garage door to replace the one that was installed over 50 years ago. Brad very efficiently installed the new door and minimized the gap where the cement had settled and was uneven. The door looks beautiful and works well with the opener that we already had. He took away the old door and left everything nice and clean. Thank you!

Precision did a good job of installing new door springs on a sunday with no extra charge and they show you on E-mail who is comming and what time ,etc.

Technician Al was very professional and courteous. He explained and demonstrated what needed to be done in a clear and knowledgeable mannner. He had all needed materials with him and completed the job in less than an hour. I felt the price was very fair for the work done. I would DEFINITELY recommend Precision Company to others.

When my mother-in-law(80 years old)was looking for a new garage door, we went to the internet, and were sold on Percision based on the positive feedback! We weren't disappointed! Al, the intaller, met with my mother-in-law and myself and was professional and imformative. He knew what he was talking about.From the appointment call to finish of install, only took 4 days. Al at Precision was Fantastic! He came in late in the evening, we're talking after 10:30pm, and was pleasant and upbeat. He was a breath of fresh air in the midst of a situation that really stunk! He fixed our garage door in a very timely fashion, did it with a smile and made us feel very good about our decision to call on Precision again! Thanks for the great service at a very fair price. We highly recommend Precison!

Brad the gent who initially installed my door was courteous and punctual. Jim got involved when the paint on my door started chipping without even going through one winter. He assured me he would take care of and did, by installing a new door. Then I had issues with the inside of the door holding water from the uncalked window panes. When opened it would leak from every screw hole on our heads. Again, Jim displayed such patience and excellent customer service throughout this ordeal. Jim is an anomaly. I would be honored to hire such a man of character and integrity. I would definitely give Precision Door a 5 star rating, not for quality but for service which separates the great companies from the average. Well done!
