I have been very impressed with Precision, and their business philosophy. The customer definitely comes first with Precision. They are available whenever you need them. Our door spring broke, and we were basically unable to get our cars out on a Saturday night. I got in touch with Precision by chat room, and was able to get the door fixed on Sunday morning. I don't know of another garage door company that offers that kind of service. Later we decided to replace the whole door since the one we had was builder's quality, and we wanted to upgrade. The new door was professionally installed and we are very happy with the whole process.

Bill did a great looking at our door problem and explained our old wooden door is starting to fall apart from the rain/snow. The door is holding water and swollen. He suggested we remove the rot from the frame of garage door. He also suggested we replace our 2 1/2 car garage door with a new light weight steel door. Our wooden door weights 2 - 3 x more than steel door. Wood door is making garage motor work harder.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Anthony and Precision Door. I placed a call at noon on 4/27 and by 2:30 pm, we had a new Garage Door Opener. In addition, Anthony replaced the rollers on our door and it has never run quieter or smoother. Will did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with our garage door (broken spring) and notifying us of the other issues with our 25 year-old builder grade garage door. All was as advertised. Zoran did a great job in explaining our options, and when we made a choice, he installed new springs and a new opener right away. He showed us how to use our new controls and made sure they worked before he left. He also told us items we did not need to replace and some that are not necessary but may make the opening / closing process smoother.

The second thing is the email I received telling me the name of the technician along with a link so I could see his face and read his bio. John was great. He was thorough, complete, efficient, and totally professional. He corrected the initial problem and them pointed out one safety issue (raveling cable) and explained the reason for the noise (new rollers would eliminate). Installation was quick. Door works great. My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. First time I've used this company but would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good prices. Thank you for a positive experience!
