Paul called ahead and arrived earlier than was scheduled. Very professional and explained the differences in the openers and their warranties. He was concerned about not hurting my motorcycle in the garage and kept me appraised of his progress. New opener works quietly and smoothly. He answered all my questions about the remotes and the keypad. Pleased with this install and VERY pleased with Paul. Will do business with these people in the future. Thanx. Jeff
