I don’t know about the price but the service was prompt (called at night - got appt next morning) and fast (about 1hr). Also comes if you want with lifetime warranty. The service technician was knowledgeable and was able to provide common sense suggestions.

I am very pleased with the door opener. It has worked extremely well for 6 years. The current problem was just one of adjustment, although a worn wire had to be replaced. Your repairman was on time, cordial, and efficient. The problem was resolved in no more than a half hour. However, the charge was $65 to show up and $65 for labor. I paid for a life-time warranty, and I thought the charge was too much. He very quickly reduced the charge by $65 dollars. I don't feel that is a good way to do business. It made me feel like there was an attempt to take advantage of me because I am a senior. If I hadn't said anything, I would have paid $130 for a half-hour job.

Paul came out to repair my garage door opener. Hos technical knowledge was impressive on its own. But his customer service was fantastic. He conducted an inspection of my opener and determined what was wrong, but went further by offering me options on how to correct the issues. Everything from a simple repair of the current equipment to a full replacement of the entire door and mechanism. Truly a professional from a top notch company. Fantastic service. I called around 1 pm for a broken cable and some other issues and by 5 pm had a beautifully functioning garage door. Paul was courteous, polite, neat, and explained what he was doing in more detail that I will ever understand. I think he also oiled the garage door that we didn't call to have serviced, because it doesn't squeak anymore and moves smoothly. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door!

2/27/18 I had work done before with Precision Door some years ago and when I seen service being offered on Groupon I jumped on it. They do excellent work. On time arrival and the technician, Paul arrived with a big smile. With the rating of 1-5 I will give a 5, but I sure wish I could give a 10 rating.
